RFE Letter

First let me start off by saying I petitioned for my fiancee over 4 months ago now coming up on 5 months, and I state this because when I send in my 129F I did not submit all the required documents that go along with it but still receive a letter that my petition has been received and will be process. I must say that I was expecting to receive a RFE letter soon after but it still has not come. My question is should I go ahead and call or should I still wait for a RFE letter to come. Please respond. Thanks

Consider waiting for the RFE. Trying to send in the missing required documents now is much akin to trying to find and matching up two needles in a haystack.

Your file will finally get in line for adjudication, and when the person is ready to approve it, they will see you are missing things and send an RFE at that time instead of an approval. Hopefully the turn-around time after you respond will be quick.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

No one looked at your documents yet - simple as that. Calling will not help with anything, you need wait for your turn.
