on the I-846 form i will be putting my income to qualify. i must prove that my (intending immigrant) current employment will continue from the same sources.

How can i prove this? what documentation do they require?

You posted in the K3 visa forum about an I-864. That affidavit is not used for a K3 visa. I suspect you are on the CR1 or IR1 visa path. If the foreigner's income will continue from the same source after immigrating, then you must document that it will. If it is a job, then a letter from the employer indicating the employment and income will continue would be the appropriate documentation. If the income is from other than employment, the documentation would be different. Depends on the source.

What visa are you filing for- you post in the K3 forum, an obsolete visa, but your profile says H1B, but you have no timeline? Are you perhaps currently in the USA on a H1B and now Adjusting Status due to marriage to a USC?

Why is your income continuing? Ie will your company transfer you, will you telecommute, are you a freelancer, will you travel?

For my I-864 we just used my wife's income since she's the USC and earns over the minimum level. Since we filed there's been some uncertainty about the financial stability of her company we might need to bring along an amended I-864 to the interview which includes my own salary as an H-1B employee. I was told by people on here just to bring all payslips and a letter from the employer stating current position and salary.

You can get a letter from your employer stating your current salary, how long you have been at your job, and attesting to the fact that it is a permanent job you will continue to have after approved (as opposed to OPT or an internship, etc.)

Hi..I just spoke with an immigration attorney for information regarding filing for I 130's for my sons. I am a USC, as well as my wife. I explained to this attorney that I would be the only one signing and he told me my spouse MUST sign. I was very confused as I make enough money to cover all of us. Not grossly over, close but still over minimum amount. Please tell me, is he correct? Is there some new law I am not aware of?

The USC is always the primary sponsor and must fill out the I-864 and sign even if they make no money. You can add your income and sign also but if your wife doesn't fill out her part (including most recent tax return or a letter stating why she was not required to file) you will receive an RFE.
