So, DoS told me GUZ have sent P3 to my fiance in china, so i had my fiance sent out the required docs from P3 back to GUZ.

She sent it to the 1 South Shamian Street address via EMS, so i tracked the package via EMS, it shows that the package have arrived in guangzhou and delivered, but it was sign off by the White Swan Hotel. Is this correct guys? I know the white swan hotel is right next to the 1 shamian street address. So is this correct or have there been some mistake by EMS??

Nope - this happens all the time.

White Swan Hotel receives packages for GUZ IV all the time.

Sometimes things get lost, though - fall off the counter and stay lost until the concierge looks for it.

so - IF she not have interview scheduled within 3 or 4 weeks (call DoS Hotline, inquire)

then

call into the White Swan Hotel, get the concierge's desk, and ask them (nicely) to look for the package.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Great information about the Hotel, interesting.

yeah, when the package was signed off by the hotel i was confused too.

I emailed the GUZ IV also about the same question, they reply the samething as darnell did. (suprisingly they are really qucik about replying emails both times that i have contacted them, they reply the next day.)
