I AM NEW HERE

DOES ANYONE HAVE THE RFE ADDRESS FOR VERMONT SERVICE CENTER.

THEY SAID THAT THEY SENT ME A LETTEROVER A MONTH AGO AND I NEVER RECIEVED.

NOW THEY SAY I HAVE TO WAIT 15 MORE DAYS BEFORE THEY CAN SEND OUT ANOTHER ONE

MY HUSBAND IS WAITING ON HIS I-102 FROM THIS CENTER AND ITS HOLDING OF THE REST OF MY CASE

I FEDEX SOME EVIDENCE(RANDOM EVIDENCE LIKE PASSPORT INFO AND STAMPS)TO

BUT FOR SOME REASON THE STUPID POST OFFICE CLAIMS THAT THE ADDRESS DOESNT EXIST.( I SENTY THROUGH FEDEX YESTERDAY) NOW I AM WORRIED BECAUSE MY HUSBAND HAS

FINGER PRINTING ON 04/10/2012. ALSO. IF MY HUSBAND HAD TO DO COMMUNITY SERVIE FOR DRIVING WITH NO LICENSE AT THE COUNT CORRETIONAL OFFICE. ANYTWHO.... THEY FINGER PRINTER HIM( I SENT THEM THE DOCUMENTS FOR THIS WHEN I SENT IN MY I-485) AND WE NOTICED THAT THEY HAVE HIS BDAY INCORRECT ON THE COURT DOC. MY LAWYER SAYS NO BIG DEAL BECAUSE ITS CIVIL BUT IM WORRIED. WE BEEN MARRIED FOR NEARLY 5 YEARS AND IT TOOK ME A LONG TIME TO SAVE ENOUGH FOR LAWYER FEES AND USCIS FEES. I AM SCARED I WILL LOSE THE MONEY. ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPERICATED. PLEASE HELP ANYONE.

Your anxiety has caused you to send random evidence that would just be floating around. The post office did you a great favor in returning it. Be calm. USCIS will not continue with your case if proper requested documentation is not sent. First of all you cannot send what you think USCIS may be requesting. You NEED to follow the specific instructions that are on the RFE. There is a special mailing address that the documents are sent and they MUST be accompanied by the RFE letter. Do you want them to throw out your case? Relax and wait on the letter. It does not affect your husband's biometrics appointment. Be patient and wait on the duplicate letter so that you can submit what they requested. Don't confuse the workers. If the PO had delivered your presupposed RFE documents they would have ended up in the garbage because you didn't follow the instructions. They are not going to touch your case if their request is not fulfilled. I'm telling you this for your own good. When you receive the letter, take note of all evidence required and send only what they request to the address they state. Dont forget to enclose the letter with the evidence. Again, it does not affect the biometrics appointment. Familiarize yourself with RFE questions and responses in the threads that are posted. Look at timelines also. All the best in your journey.

I understand you are worked up but writing in capital letters does not help.

you need the actual RFE so do not just resend your stamps/passport.

i am guessing you called them and they told you about the RFE? please tell us a bit more about the process and why you believe your RFE would be for stamps?

ii apologize for the caps but with that being said it doesnt matter because it was because of the fact that i didnt send in the inital evidence

i believe its for stamps becuase when i sent in the i-102 i didnt have the passport. i had to go to colombia to obtain this. since my husband came to usa as a minor and he had lost the info. luckily us embassy had a copy of everything. i sent this to them because i knew i didnt send it to begin with.

thanks for the info thats the address i had. i took a chance and i sent them the page on 03/30/2012 it was delieved on 3/31/2012 so now i have to just wait and see what happens. i know it has to be the stamps since i didnt send in the intial evidence.

guys my rfe is for the i-102 everything is good becuase i send more than enough evidence.

The RFE asks you to put either the original RFE notice or a copy in your RFE response. I am fairly sure it's the original but can't recall. You also get a return envelope where you're supposed to stuff(yes, stuff is the right word - small envelope!) all evidence inside. It has a barcode on.

If you decide to go against the advise, and you send anything before receiving the actual RFE, do yourself the favor of copying everything and write your EAC number on the pages you're submitting.

They allow up to 30 days of waiting around for the RFE. I'm not sure an info-pass appointment would do anything for you at this point before the 30 days have passed. Maybe other members have more experience with that than I.
