Dear Madam,

Thank you for your email inquiry. Mr. XX ’s petition has been returned to the Department of Homeland Security's Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on March 22, 2012 for further review. In order to seek information on the status of the case, you should contact the USCIS National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283. However you are advised to wait a few weeks (8 to 10 weeks) before contacting USCIS to allow them to receive and review the file.

Due to the personal nature of the information, the file was sent via registered diplomatic pouch (#xxxxxxxx).

Regard

It was sent back for further review.... They may look at it they may not. It happen to us and they didn't.... They just let it expire... And sent us a nice letter letting us know we could file again....

the things we rboek we argue lil bit like evryone do in relationship ,but what she put in her cancling letter is we broek due to lack of truth and religion ,then i told her why do you mean about that coz they will probaly expalin how they want.the lack of truth i figured she changed and still contact her ex bf ,relgion she converted to islam when we ere togetehr still in our relition she wa the one who choose to convert and i already asked her do not convert due to me she said no i am completly sure of my descision so then when she wnat broke she said i do not feel i'm muslim anymore then i told ehr its your choise and your belive and have no Probelem with that a when we met you wer Christian then irealsie she want find anything to convin,ce her slef she did not change and do nto feel guilty .That was my story with her but The co did not even ask me why we broke he only asked when i met my ex and when we broke and if my Fiancee right now know about my ex ,my answer was yeh of course i tell my faince aboutall my past and present i never hide things

We are going off of what you posted... and if that's the case and your first fiance was USC and she canceled due to these reasons you may never know exactly what she wrote in the letter to cancel the petition. BUt it seems to have caused a huge red flag for your next petition with the new USC fiance

There is no way of avoiding these kinds of red flags because it's not us that see them but the CO who sees and makes decisions regarding what they know, what they have in the file about you and other evidence we and you may never know about......... only thing you can do now is prepare everything you can to confirm your relationship is valid and real and leave no doubt in the CO or USCIS that it's anything but true.

I need your fiance on here.

I can help her so much

You are a bit combative and agitated in your responses to everything.

And we do not understand your english well at all. Your English is not good.

And I do not believe you understand us here because you keep asking the same questions you already got answers to.

When the foreign man does not want his fiance to come on VJ---it looks bad. Looks like he is hiding something.

Please have her come online so we can help you guys.

It sounds like your ex fiance notified the embassy that you are a user. and the american needs to send an email to the embassy NOW and address this concern along with MANY other concerns we have on here.

It is MUCH easier to get the fiance petition to stay at the embassy then to get married and start a new petition with the same information....so you need to clear your name at the embassy. And the embassy does not belive you. They need the petitioner involved.

Good Luck

May 24, 2011 NOA1

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

So its our fault then we tried to help and showed the clear reasons you WHY you have this issue of your case being sent back? All we did was point out the obvious to you after you finally began answering a few questions and you didn't like our answers.

Until you look at your case objectively and stop being defensive with every answer you don't like you won't be able to correct these problems if they are even fixable.

And As TBoneTx said... good luck to you then...

His post on this same topic was closed in MENA for the exact same reasons - he didn't understand the advice and got defensive when people were trying to help. He was told not to restart the topic. So, he came back under a different name and restarted the topic in another forum. I feel badly for the woman if she doesn't realize the whole situation, and marries him. He'll never get approved with such a huge unresolved red flag in Casa, and he thinks marriage will resolve it all.
