Dear Madam,

Thank you for your email inquiry. Mr. XX ’s petition has been returned to the Department of Homeland Security's Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on March 22, 2012 for further review. In order to seek information on the status of the case, you should contact the USCIS National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283. However you are advised to wait a few weeks (8 to 10 weeks) before contacting USCIS to allow them to receive and review the file.

Due to the personal nature of the information, the file was sent via registered diplomatic pouch (#xxxxxxxx).

Regard

Do as togetherforever13 is saying.... I think we went thru this before trying to explain but it's very very important to get the petitioner involved now and if anything have her join VJ so we can help her. She is the one to make the inquiry with her congressman and she needs to do it as soon as possible so they can begin making inquiries for you.

It won't stop the case from going back to USCIS it's already gone but it can help with getting information from USCIS adn the embassy

It means the consulate did not approve your visa, and sent the file back to the USCIS. The USCIS will now look at it again, and either re-affirm it or revoke it. Like others have said. it is very important that your wife or fiancee acts on this.

Listen to what other people are telling you, and have your fiance join. There is no AP when the visa is denied. There will likely be no review of your case back here in the US; it will likely just expire. Getting married and filing another petition is not always a solution. Your fiance has to get some information about WHY they denied the visa - any red flags, any wrong or unknown answers during the interview, previous attempts at getting a visa, etc, etc, etc. Your fiance can get a politician in the US involved. Why hasn't your fiance come on here to get information? That would be more helpful.

Please get your fiancé To join vj your posts are some what difficult to understand the main thing is your fiancé has got to be involved in a big way getting senator or congressman to help

They won't review your case quickly and most times they let it expire with the k1

Do you know why the case was returned? What happened during your interview? Without resolving these issues it won't matter if you marry or not it could still result in revocation or denial if you don't correct the issues

Yes, they say it is not a refusal, but you're not getting your visa. They have sent it back to the USCIS saying they are not approving the visa. And, yes, many Moroccans who have done the fiance visa & been denied get married and file another petition. In the past that worked and they were usually approved for the marriage visa. That is not the case anymore. More and more denied fiance visas where the couple marries and applies for spousal visa are also getting denied.

You have to know WHY you were denied and proceed from there. Getting married is not the easy solution it once was. There are other politicians for your fiance to get involved. But, nothing will work until you find out the reason they denied you and sent your case back to the USCIS. Do you know the reasons? What about your case were they concerned about? Large age difference? Different religions? How many visits did your fiance make to Morocco before you got engaged? Did you know all the questions they asked you during the interview?

Just saw your last answer - you've been on here with another name, right? New name, same situation.
