family name and all other names used????

I don't know what they are looking for exactly for the "family name" and "all other names used" on the G-325A and I-130 form. I have been married for almost 2 years and just changed my last name to my married name a few months ago. Is my family name my last name of birth or my married name? And if I put my birth name for family name ( which is what I would think it is) do I list my married name for "all other names used"? That's very confusing to me!

Thanks in advance to whomever responds! I've been help up on being able to send my application and this is the last thing I need help with....i think!

Hello!!

Where says Family name: it means you need to write your new name (married name)

Where says Other names used or Aliasses (If married...): it means you need to write the name you used to have before getting married, like your birth certificated ;)

Hope I helped you :)

Good luck!!
