family name and all other names used????

I don't know what they are looking for exactly for the "family name" and "all other names used" on the G-325A and I-130 form. I have been married for almost 2 years and just changed my last name to my married name a few months ago. Is my family name my last name of birth or my married name? And if I put my birth name for family name ( which is what I would think it is) do I list my married name for "all other names used"? That's very confusing to me!

Family name means current last name =Your married name. Other names is your maiden name.

Where says Family name: it means you need to write your new name (married name)

Where says Other names used or Aliasses (If married...): it means you need to write the name you used to have before getting married, like your birth certificated
