For the most part, she needs the same forms you do. However, there are some minor differences. For example, she doesn't need a separate affidavit of support. You can include a photocopy of the I-864 your spouse prepared for you. The fee is also less for a derivative child under 14 who is adjusting status at the same time as the primary beneficiary. There's a pinned thread for K2 adjustment of status. Be sure to read it all as the first posts contain some old information that was updated later in the thread.

As said above she'll need the same forms. On the I-485, still fill it out for her, but her legal guardian will sign it. How many photos, I don't think a certain amount will hurt. We had many of our daughter. Also, have papers with her on health insurance and such, but they'll mainly look at the K1. I shall say, though, we were told in our interview that we needed two I-864s, one for the K1 and another for the k2. Although it's the exception and will depend on your USCIS office, it won't hurt, except for the few bucks lost at the copier.

Derivatives can be listed in part 3, section 9 of the primary beneficiary's I-864. As long as they're adjusting status based on the same petition (the I-129F) then a separate I-864 isn't required. A photocopy of the primary beneficiary's I-864 can be included for each derivative.

From the I-864 instructions:

Often a spouse or minor children obtain visas or adjust status as dependents of a relative, based on the same visa petition. If you are sponsoring such dependents, you only need to provide a photocopy of the original Form I-864, as long as these dependents are immigrating at the same time as the principal immigrant or within six months of the time he or she immigrates to the United States. You do not need to provide copies of the supporting documents for each of the photocopied Forms I-864.

This is what I did for two K2 adjustment of status applications. They were both approved, along with my wife, without any problems.
