hi everybody , i am new member on this site , i think i am on the right place to get informations , i have read some topics and comments of some guy ... well , plz i need all your help , my case is my fiancee and I are planing to apply for K1 visa , our problem is that and my question is : does co-sponor will work because she cant do that ??? what we will have to do ?

Please fill in your profile- for example, you are listed as doing a spousal (CR=-1 visa) via DCF, not a K1 fiance visa, and also, you don't have your country listed- whether a co-sponsor is allowed often depends on the country with a K1.

Why can your fiance not support you? Ie is she just a little under the poverty line, is she a student, has she been living with you and thus no US based job...?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
