Just DoS to ask if we had an interview date yet. We don't but when I asked if he knew when it may be assigned he actually advised me to call everyday!!! I was not expecting that response.

Woohoo! Just as I was typing this and 2 mins after getting off the phone with DoS I got an email from NVC with my interview date!

8th May London here I come :D.

Hope everyone else gets invoices, cc's and interview dates soon!

Fast email was fast actually!!!!!

WE got a RFE on wifes DS-230 form Question# 30 (were she has livied since 16) :crying: :crying:

I'm going to fix this ASAP and send it out today!

called nvc again today, they still don't have any record of the ds-260 we submitted :unsure:

When did you submit it? What does it say next to the DS-260 on the forms portal?

I spoke with Max, he informed me that it was still under review. I'll check back again tonight before closing time and then again tomorrow. Max told me that they won't schedule my step-daughters interview until my wife's case is closed.

Too bad about them not reviewing it. But at least you know your wife and step-daughter will be together for the interview, and not separated.

Got an interview letter 15 mins ago by e-mail

I just got mine too!! :thumbs:

We don't have to bring anything to the interview besides our passports and the emailed letters! I thought they'd want to see lots of stuff.

We have an early morning interview and almost a 3 hour drive to get there but my husband didn't think I should have to get up that early and get on the road with 2 kids, one of them will be a new born, so he has booked us a very nice room at the Sheraton already. (L)

My sons AOS and IV bill paid March 23rd (status in progress)
My sons AOS and IV bill shows as paid March 26
My IV bill paid March 26
Both packages sent on March 26

Submitted it March 27 evening and on the portal it says completed. Are we being impatient.

:whistle::unsure: called NVC as soon as I saw all this crossing my fingers they would have mine and NADA-NOTHING! DR can you please give NVC the availability so I can know my dates by end of this week? Steph, I and Mulata woould greatly appreciate after all this wait! :bonk:

Yes,

The operator only said Question# 30, so i looked at a copy i have here i the only thing i think it can be is the fact I Left a few blank spaces under the Provinces section! The review is so new that the operator can not see more than that, 4:30pm est is the point of update!

I didn't think to put N/A were or the city were she lives in Hong Kong :blink:

Don't forget the two passport pictures and medical results (unless your consulate/embassy is different). And proof of relationship is optional, but always recommended.

Submitted it March 27 evening and on the portal it says completed. Are we being impatient.

I'm not sure how long it's taking for the DS-260 to be reviewed. For regular packages, it's usually just a few days. It should be reviewed by the end of next week for sure I'd think.

doesn't it depend entirely on the US Consulate in the beneficiary country?

I'm starting to believe IT DOES depend on the Embassy/Consulate of the Beneficiary's Country ... This is Crazy!

So, please excuse my ignorance here, but there are no provinces/regions/states in Hong Kong? That's why you left the "Provinces" sections blank?
