CONGRATS!

Sorry, but why are you sending a nationality and residence certificate? I didn't know those were needed...?

Different countries have to submit different things.

If a person is a PR of that country they have to include the evidence they are a PR as opposed to a citizen.

Big thanks to you!You started that crazy eager in me today! Not that I wasn`t anxious before.LOL :dance::dance:

'tis fine, you're a busy lady!

I am. Plus I'm tutoring someone at the moment, so hard to stay up on this thread :P

Thanks for the tip, Saylin and Sheeshkabelle. Sorry, still can't figure out how to do the multiple quote thingy!

Underneath each person's post, to the right, is a button called 'multiquote'. Hit this button each time you see a post you want to quote. You can continue onto other pages as well, and it'll remember which posts you wanted to reply to. Once you've got everyone (max of 8 posts, by the way), hit the 'add reply' button at the bottom of each page.

Wow Saylin, I really like your signature good.gifgood.gifgood.gif

Thank you!! ^_^

We didnt get any notices only the NOA2 because i registered....I think they all get sent to the lawyer and she has made 2 payments on the 3rd so she was waiting then filing our packet thats all i know....but i am waiting to hear from there office right now...

Do you know your USCIS receipt number? If so, you can call up NVC, give them this number, and you can request your case number, invoice identification number, and beneficiary identification number. Do this asap.

Guys! And thank you Saylin (because of you I searched that Peaksy girl ,found her in March thread,so she goes there:I called NVC ,no interview yet, called DOS line-got the date.

So,I am like why don`t I call DOS?So I did,and got the date!!!!May the 7th!!!

:dance::dance::dance:

Peaksy is a guy :P

But, to the main point, GRATS!! kicking.gif

And this is why I ALWAYS suggest calling NVC and DOS. You can find out from one while the other doesn't know yet.

And you were right on this one as well and as always!!!!

I'm psychic devil.gif

[...]

lol...neither can I, I just keep hitting reply and sometimes my replies mash up all together :P

Read my response above on how to do it.

If you reply to people back-to-back, before someone else posts, they'll be "mashed up".

Hey guys,

i assume it's becoming boring to these questions over and over again, but to us it's important we can make it work from the first time

Can you guys review the content of the IV (DS-230) package for please?

• Barcoded cover sheet

• Completed DS-230 part I & II + attachment for question 39

• Original trilingual certified extract from birth registration + copy

• Original trilingual certified extract from marriage registration + copy

• Original certified Military Record + copy + translation

• Photocopy of Valid Passport Biographic Data Page

• Original certificate of nationality + copy + translation

• Original certificate of residence + copy + translation

• Original Police Certificate + copy + translation

• 2 identical Photographs + info on backside

Looks good good.gif

Just to make sure, part 1 of DS-230 is signed, right? And part is NOT signed?

Yes they are yes.gif That's why I was passing out EXCITEMENT before :D

I was told by the operator that the email could take up to 12 hrs, ususlly faster but up to 12 hrs...

From the moment I called and got my date to the time the email arrived in my inbox (which was 6am Saturday morning) was about ~17 hours. And I've heard of cases where it's taken a day or two. But it should arrive soon.

[...]

Sorry, but why are you sending a nationality and residence certificate? I didn't know those were needed...?

If you're not a citizen of the current country of residence, you have to send in a copy of your visa or PR card as proof.
