How long after DS-3032 email was accepted should I expect the IV invoice to appear?

Thanks :) Hoping to pay before the holiday weekend closures...

I got mine about 4 days later (2 days being a weekend)

USCIS- 260 Days

6/8/11~ Mailed I-130 Application, withdrew Canadian PR application
6/16/11~ NOA1 email and text message Case routed to CSC (Priority Date)

Exactly and then they would have to come up with another reason for an expedite. The doc can't back up an emergency if there is none.

If the mom is in good health and the baby girl inside her is fine...no reason for expedite...

Which I am ssuming is much better ,rather then having a reason to get expedited.

You are exactly right. If the doctor said there was an emergency, but the tests proved otherwise - AND the mom was able to work, the doctor would be LYING and probably able to be thrown in jail or fined, just like any of us for lying in this process.

USCIS (192 days, August 24 2011 to March 2 2012. No RFE's).
NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

If the baby is healthy and the mom is able to work, there is no emergency.

The baby apparently is healthy they are going to conduct a lot of test. Tuesday my wife was at emergency room of an hospital because there was a pain under her belly while she was using the restroom, it was so painful that she couldn t even make a step. When she get there they kept her for 4 hours at the hospital, she was suffering a lot. It is difficult for her to go to work. Sometimes she cna not even leave her room to walk to the restroom. they require her to lay down on her left side every day at least one hour per day and she has many other restrictions, i think this is more than urgent, she is still under high risk pregnancy according to the doctor ( her new one and old one)

If they are able to say it's high risk pregnancy, you should have no problem getting the letter from them. You may think it's "more than urgent," but your doctor must be able to back that up and give you a letter indicating this, as NVC requested. You need to get that letter.

What your describing sounds like round ligament pain. If it's her first baby the ligaments holding the uterus stretch and it hurts like hell. It's normal. Very painful, but normal. I had it with my first and fourth baby. (fourth baby had oligo, low amniotic fluid, and wasn't supported properly, I spent three months in hospital, on complete bed rest, hooked up to IVs. He was still born five weeks early)

Maybe. Having a child still born didn't warrant an expedite with Vancouver when we were dealing with his K-1.

CBP rushed him through, once he explained everything to them, so he wouldn't be late for his last minute flight.

But I digress.. this isn't about me.

OK this is what the doctor's report shows :" HIGH RISK PREGNANCY" and she has many restrictions and recommendations too. They set her more than 3 appointment for this month after the one she went to yesterday and have lot of other test for this month only, i do not know for May. The doctor was also fighting to have baby open her fingers so they could see what the report from the old ultrasound where they stated baby's finger are abnormal. She opened only 2 while the doctor was using something( i do not know it s name ), then she close them again. they will make other test about that too
