I had something like this before.Doctors office wouldn`t mind to help at all!They can shoot your wife a fax right the same day!

NVC will not listen to you without that statement!

Whatever you explain to them,they do not care!They need a proof!!!

Ok i will do as you advice, she is currently driving back home, she was at work. Once she get home she will text me so i can call her and i will have her call the doctor and explain him

2/08/2012------- DS 3032 ( choice of agent ) emailed to NVC

2/10/2012------- AOS fee bill paid ( status: in progress)

2/13/2012--------DS 3032 accepted

2/14/2012-------- AOS fee bill shows " PAID" and IV fee bill invoiced

2/16/2012-------- IV fee bill shows " PAID"

2/17/2012-------- IV package sent via USPS

2/24/2012-------- IV package reviewed and accepted

3/27/2012-------- AOS checklist express mailed via USPS

3/28/2012-------- AOS Checklist received by NVC

3/30/2012-------- Case Complete ( Thank you Lord )

USCIS

03/25/2011- I-130 sent in

03/26/2011- NOA-1

09/20/2011- Service Request

09/28/2011- Service Request Reply(extensive background check,allow 6 months...blah-blah..)

10/07/2011- RFE(4 pages)

11/15/2011- RFE reply sent back to USCIS

12/05/2011- reply for RFE showed up in the system (took them 20 days to locate and input in the system...lucky us...)

01/11/2012- NOA2(urrrrraaaaa!!!!)

NVC

01/23/2012-case received(took 12 days...waiting for the case #)

01/27/2012-case # received(but wrong Embassy assigned...has to change)

02/01/2012-invoices are e-mailed to both of us by NVC

02/07/2012-invoices are paid(had to wait due to the wrong assignment of the embassy )

02/14/2012-both packgs are sent in

02/29/2012-checklist for a missing copy of passport(not missing in reality,but either wait 20 days for a review or send it in again,so we sent it in...)

03/09/2012-case complete( could have taken less ,but well..who cares it is complete now!!!)

NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

05/09/2012 - medical in Toronto - passed!
05/22/2012 - interview - passed!
05/25/2012 - visa in hand!!! biggrin.png
06/09/2012 - POE @ YWG (Winnipeg Int'l Airport)

Removal of Conditions submitted March 24, 2014, received March 26, 2014

"RFE" for page 3 of application received, date March 27, 2014. Package re-submitted with all papers re-attached.

04/07/2014 - NOA1 Date

05/07/2014 - Biometrics in Charlotte, NC

11/05/2014 - APPROVED! Citizenship in 5 months!

11/10/2014 - NOA2 in hand.

you can track SECONDS?!?!?!?!??!!? I must have this timer. I will google it as soon as i'm done this month end task!!!!!

Welcome!

Unfortunately the only people that can send in scanned documents by email are those eligible for electronic processing. Russia is not one. You or your lawyer will have to send the missing information snail mail with the barcoded sheet sent in the checklist email. If it's sent over night or priority it will get there fast and they should review it shortly after it arrives at NVC (within a few days!)

hmm, thanks. :crying: I guess I'm stuck until I can get a hold of my lawyer. Or I might have to send my husband to get this done. Haha, I see I'm not the only one who is handling this whole process for our husbands. Pfft, and they say we're the weaker sex. :lol:

USCIS:

11/17/2010 - filed for I-130

10/06/2011 - I130 Interview (Approved)

11/07/2011 - I130 Approval Receieved in the mail, transferring to NVC

NVC:

12/08/2011 - Case arrived at the NVC office

02/03/2012 - AOS bill invoiced and paid

03/21/2012 - all packets + documents arrive at NVC for review

03/30/2012 - receive checklist for 1 missing document

04/20/2012 - Case Closed!

05/04/2012 - interview date given

06/14/2012 - interview date. Moscow
