NVC told me that they don't send the paperwork to Madrid until an interview date is assigned, can I call the consulate in Madrid myself to ask for a date???

No. NVC schedules the interview dates, not Madrid. Once that's done, then they send the paperwork abroad.

It does feel incredible, even if you get a checklist, it's super duper easy and gets processed very fast. Good luck, and keep calling, i called last nite they said ALLOW 20 days, i call this morning, they say case completed last nite. bahahah, oh, good ol NVC operators.

Anyways no interview but my expedite had been successfully forwarded to the embassy...

This is just such a blatant discrimination, I don't see how it can be justified at all. Everyone just complains about the length and the process but the overall discrimination against muslims doesn't really matter. What kind of society is this?

I know.Feeling Really Good.I called this morning and told the operator is the person who does work for updating payment on vacation? He was like no,um um..... :lol::lol:

IV invoice to arrive, AOS invoice to show paid, and expedite to go through. But I'm not demanding :innocent:

Thanks to all of your for the help...I called back and got a nice guy on the phone, and he told me that yes, they did have my email in fact, but they did NOT have my hubby's email address. Thank goodness I called back, otherwise who knows when we would've gotten everything!

Saylin...in response to how they could've had my hubby's email address....I could be wrong but I think we had to put it in the G325a...or no?

Anyways, he also said that it would be 2-4 weeks before I'd get invoiced!!!!! That seems like a long time! But I am hoping you guys are right and I will get it in a few days :whistle:

Nov. 2008 - met my husband in Chile

May 2011 - engaged

Dec. 2011 - married

Feb. 20, 2012 - sent in I-130 packet from abroad

March 3, 2012 - NOA1

March 14, 2012 - NOA2

March 21, 2012 - NVC Received

April 4, 2012 - NVC Case Number Received

April 12(ish) - IV bill Paid

June 11, 2012 - AOS and IV packages received by NVC

June 18, 2012 - Checklist received from NVC (to send forms that I am not even supposed to have!)

July 18, 2012 - Case complete

August 23, 2012 - Medical Appointment

September 26, 2012 - Interview - supposedly approved but put on Administrative Processing :-(
