well, every one's got a hobby, right?

Mine is recovering dead volvos.

This one had been sitting for 3 years. Didn't take much to get her going again . I was so happy, I put in a carpooter , coupla screens , and put purple neon in the undercarriage, matching the original paint colour. It's sweet. Also did some hack on the gps voice, used my wife's voice (in chinese) for the turning thingies. I'm thinking to make a removeable propane grill rig in the trunk, have it magically flip out when I push a button on the remote control. There's so much room in this trunk, though - I'm sure I'll think of something else a bit less hazardous.

It's not my main vehicle.. It's just a hobby, after all. It does turn some heads . I'm actually really creative with my work and hobbies (yes, I do have others) but mostly, here, I try to give 'the straight poop' with, or without poutine references.

FWIW, once a month I'll spew a bunch of youtube links around vj, just to keep it light ;)

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Let's not forget SaChinKy ... She was mondo swell once she got the hang of NVC stuff. But, sooner or later, we all get busy back in the world, as DoS has released our loved ones back to us, past the POE..

Saylin has stepped it up, about 11 notches... SpreadSheet this, and calculate that and paperwork review this and .,.. well, you get the idea. I love VJ - it's mondo cool for peer review and paying it forward...
