The pros are many! First and foremost just getting rid of the anxiety of waiting for a date. It is especially important to me because at the DR embassy the petitioner MUST accompany the beneficiary at the interview. The longer I wait the more expensive tickets get. Also gotta let my job know when I'll be gone. Ohhh the stress!! :angry:

Makes two of us, you forgot to add I need to know my date of interview in order to pick my Summer Term courses and inform my professor of my absense and I was suppose to pick the courses like YESTERDAY... NVC please get on the ball with these interview dates, I would greatly appreciate it! :bonk:

Really, when I called yesterday to get my case number, the operator confirmed my phone number with me (I hadn't given it to her.)

Well, yeah, they have it from the I-130 petition. But when you call, they don't input your phone number and keep a log there. You have to tell them your case number before they know who you are. That's what I meant. You can call from a dozen different phone numbers, but the operator is still going to pull up that case a dozen times and will see it's been pulled a dozen times, whether from different phone numbers or the same one.

And you can only reply to 8 people at a time. Otherwise it gets funky and doesn't quote properly as I'm sure you saw ;)

Sorry, you signature is unclear to help you. you need to wait for the IV fee to be invoiced, pay it, shows "PAID" then submit the DS230. have you sent DS3032?

Edit, oh wait I just saw your signature " sneaky sneaky one". in this case and if you think you're waiting for a checklist, I would wait, it'll have 1 new cover sheet (same bar code) and new ATT: usually CMR.

GOSH!!! you guys were chatty today and I was busy working in the lab... I had a good 17 pages or so to catch up... phew!!! I over 'multi-quoted' and then it just crapped out on me so i deleted... oh well, what I REALLY wanted to tell u all was that I got my AOS invoice this afternoon, paid it, and it shows 'IN PROCESS' now... yay!!! :dance: I will be emailing the DS3032 in a few minutes...
