NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

05/09/2012 - medical in Toronto - passed!
05/22/2012 - interview - passed!
05/25/2012 - visa in hand!!! biggrin.png
06/09/2012 - POE @ YWG (Winnipeg Int'l Airport)

Removal of Conditions submitted March 24, 2014, received March 26, 2014

Guys I have a quick question,

I signed in the payment portal and the AOS information has disappeared, does that mean its being invoiced? Yesterday the information for the AOS and the IV was there today only the IV information is there.

That happened to me. You'll probably get an invoice soon. I got one about two days later.

Hello,

Wondering what the PROS are to getting to find out the Interview date as soon as possible.

Is it so that I can plan my trip to attend interview with the beneficiary? save $ on flight fees? etc....

reason why i ask is that w/o the interview letter email or Packet4 email, beneficiary can't do medical (at least in India)

I suggest calling NVC and DOS daily, starting tomorrow. And yes, ask them if an interview date has been assigned.

I hope you don't have to wait too long. I called twice after my case was completed almost 3 weeks ago but I can't bear to keep calling and keep hearing that there is still no interview assigned. I have opted to sit and wait for the email. :(

There's real no pro for calling every day as you do receive the email within a few hours (mine took 12+ hours). It's just so you feel productive while waiting.

Yup, you have lots of time. I'll probably be back (depending what/where I eat) about 2 hours after I leave for the gym in 2 hours. And I'll try to have fun at the gym. I just sit on the bike there and read while pedaling laughing.gif I go simply cause my husband wants me to and gets all sad if I don't laughing.gif

The pros are many! First and foremost just getting rid of the anxiety of waiting for a date. It is especially important to me because at the DR embassy the petitioner MUST accompany the beneficiary at the interview. The longer I wait the more expensive tickets get. Also gotta let my job know when I'll be gone. Ohhh the stress!! :angry:

Tarrant and Johnson County were first, then Dallas County. This is the season for it, so it's not over yet. A parking lot with 18 wheelers was tossed around like toys.

Be careful out there!! We're under a severe thunderstorm warning. I hear the thunder in the distance. When storms come from the North West out of Kentucky, we're in for a gooder. Hopefully no tornadoes! My roof still isn't totally fixed from the last one!
