LOL i'm on hold with NVC and cracked up... I was afraid that's when someone would finally answer

LOL last night I was on hold with them while eating...started crunching a carrot and remembered I was on hold :P Good thing I wasn't singing! I'd have never been able to talk if they caught me randomly singing LOL...

USCIS (192 days, August 24 2011 to March 2 2012. No RFE's).
NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

05/09/2012 - medical in Toronto - passed!
05/22/2012 - interview - passed!
05/25/2012 - visa in hand!!! biggrin.png
06/09/2012 - POE @ YWG (Winnipeg Int'l Airport)

Removal of Conditions submitted March 24, 2014, received March 26, 2014

"RFE" for page 3 of application received, date March 27, 2014. Package re-submitted with all papers re-attached.

04/07/2014 - NOA1 Date

05/07/2014 - Biometrics in Charlotte, NC

11/05/2014 - APPROVED! Citizenship in 5 months!

11/10/2014 - NOA2 in hand.

Neela, did you ever call to see if your AOS package was accepted, or did you get an email, or do you not know yet?

I called them.The operator told me For EP case they dont know if the Aos is reviewed and accepted.But Friday an operator told my hubby that they accepted my AOS.Yesterday i got an email (checklist) stating that they've revied my AOS.They are only missing my IV fee.Thay means they accepted my AOS.But you already paid the fee for IV. im not sure you will get the checklist or no. That checklist is nothing but it lets you know that ur AOS has been reviewd and accepted.

THis means $100 overnight fee from Argentina...oh well, there are worse things...thanks for the replies, everyone!

If you signed and dated it, it should have been accepted. That "expiration" date is for OMB, not for the form. Stupid officers headbonk.gif Unfortunately, it'd probably be faster just sending out another newer form than getting a supervisor to look into it.

I have a checklist.

He said they want W2s..

"I'm self employed, AND I sent a tax transcript"

"Oh then send the 1099's"

"I don't have a 1099, I own my business"
