About how long does it take for NVC to review EP packages? I haven't gotten a check list... yet...

Should I call them back? ...

IV still isn't showing as paid, but I'm sure it will soon.

I haven't seen any recent EP cases, but if it's similar to regular cases, just a few days to review. Call them back up later tonight and ask.

So apparently we just got a checklist for not sending the updated version of the Ds-230. Has this happened to anyone else? We filled out all of our paperwork in September of last year.

You sent a DS-230 that was signed and dated from September of 2011? It's over six months old. That is why it was RFE'd.

That shouldn't have been a huge issue. The form didn't change. I guess they take that OMB date pretty dang serious for some people. The only thing you can do is go online and get the newest form they have available and send it again.

I sent my ds-230 which said on top: exp date 2/29/2012

but no issue.

sig date is also March 2012

OHEMGEE... I'm sitting here with hubby's email in a tab, my email in another tab and I see his refresh and I see one new email!

I got all excited only to find it's just the stupid online receipt from Pro Hockey Life. He apparently dropped his skates off to be sharpened today, and they're ready for pick up and he owes $6.29 :angry:
