Can you believe I forgot to pick it up today? :bonk: Finished work early and everything. Grabbing it on Monday :blush:

LOL! Well, that's good - they didn't even call you back so it must have been all good. :thumbs: Really hope everything goes smoothly on my end...I'm only in Toronto until Saturday... :unsure:

USCIS (192 days, August 24 2011 to March 2 2012. No RFE's).
NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

05/09/2012 - medical in Toronto - passed!
05/22/2012 - interview - passed!
05/25/2012 - visa in hand!!! biggrin.png
06/09/2012 - POE @ YWG (Winnipeg Int'l Airport)

Removal of Conditions submitted March 24, 2014, received March 26, 2014

"RFE" for page 3 of application received, date March 27, 2014. Package re-submitted with all papers re-attached.

04/07/2014 - NOA1 Date

05/07/2014 - Biometrics in Charlotte, NC

11/05/2014 - APPROVED! Citizenship in 5 months!

11/10/2014 - NOA2 in hand.

11/20/2014 - 10 yr GC in hand! :D

Called NVC to get NVC case #. The operator said they didn't receive my petition, suggesting me to email NVCResearch@state.gov. It really bothers me now since my petition has been approved on April 12th. Does anyone have similar situation? Is it really taking weeks for petition being received by NVC?

Am I "allowed" to look at my chest x-ray on my medical? It came in an unsealed CD sleeve... it would make a sweet Facebook profile picture :hehe:

Well I looked. It comes with a medical image viewing program... have to run it to see the x-ray. Weird. I thought they'd just slap a JPEG of my bones on there.

LOL...that's neat that it comes with a program to view it, anyway!

Yes, it's really taking 4+ weeks to get a case number. All you can do is sit tight. How are you AOS and IV packages? Are they ready to go?

Since they don't actually take the X-ray at the interview, it's okay to look at them. The purpose of the X-ray is to give it to your new doctor in the US in case you ever get sick or something and they need a reference. That's what I've heard anyways.

Since they don't actually take the X-ray at the interview, it's okay to look at them. The purpose of the X-ray is to give it to your new doctor in the US in case you ever get sick or something and they need a reference. That's what I've heard anyways.

I remember Dr. Malcolm saying he used to work at a Radiology lab near where I live. So I assume the doc takes a look at it as well and gives his yay or nay.
