That statement is worded kind of funky. And I can see confusion. It takes at least a month to build up immunity from vaccines. So it doesn't matter if you had your second booster at 18 or 65, as long as you had that (now third for anyone born after 1992) second shot as an adult, it's all good. (and at least a month before the interview)

Since people get medicals right before they immigrate, they want to make SURE they have the boosters. If a person forgets to take their immunization records with them, they're gettin' poked. If the person says 'I dunno' They're gettin' poked lol.

I had a tetanus booster in the ER about four months ago because I cut myself with a knife and I couldn't remember when my last shot was. For school I needed to prove I had a tetanus shot with in the past five years. I didn't have the proof, so I got stabbed again. Tetanus shots SUCK!

And I am so grateful I had a vaccination record from birth. No unnecessary pokes for me (except for the flu shot ).

I've heard those tetanus ones suck. Glad I've never needed it.

Mr. Sheeshka didn't have his. Momma Sheeshka KNOWS she gave the paper to him when he moved out, she gave them to all her boys when they left the nest. Both his brother's have theirs.. but *sigh* my husband. I made him go get titers and his boosters, and made him get the HEP-B series because I'm around people with all kinds of funky strange stuff all the time.

You SHOULD get a tetanus vaccine every 10 years, whether you have broken the skin on some random sharp object, or an animal bit, or not. In 8 years I expect to hear you have had one....

LOL if you need a doctor for anything other than pharmaceutical stuff... you're screwed! After being a paramedic I could save a person's life until more experienced personnel show up, but if you need an appendectomy, don't call

I might be.. we don't know what kind of shape the Explorer is in. It might only have a dead battery, or it might have water in the tank from sitting for 8 months... who knows. It was a mild winter in North Dakota standards, so everything might just be fine. I'll have to get the oil changed, and probably replaces the wiper blades at the bare minimum.

Silly husband losing his records That's why I'm extra careful with mine. I hate needles, so I don't want to take any unnecessary shots if I don't need to.

And I've never hurt myself or gotten bit by an animal before, so I've had no need for one. I'm very careful And I'm hoping it stays that way I might have gotten one as a kid, but I just don't remember. I'll have to check my vaccine record once I get home.

I'm in South Dakota. Middle of nowhere Not so nice here right now. Looks like it might rain later today. But I'm at school until 5pm, so I don't care much

I passed through PA on my move over here. Was probably the shortest state I drove through though

I will love to explore more of the united states, but for now i keep running to Trinidad every chance I get to be with my hubby. But when he gets here id have a buddy to roam all over the U.S with We are going to Ur home country to visit the falls next year, I wanna go on that boat so badly (My firends when it looked like a lot of fun).

My co worker is Polish and she lived in NJ and all she talks about is NJ, she even goes all the way to NJ for her Doctors appointment. lollll funny thing:- my Friends is a "pretty boy" so before he went on the trip I put braids in his hair (corn rows) so he covered it with a shower cap before he when on the boat and with in 1 minute they said it flew off... i was holding my tummy laughing. i guess it's intense.

I pray so much that light shines on your case soon. i hope when u get ur case number they post you AOS & IV bill right ways and spead u thur hear, u didnt deserve towait so long with out and explantion. just my point of view.

Yep so i saw. when went to a caribbean shipping company to send stuff to my family... i cant be that close to an airport on a daily basis, everytime i see a plane i might cry lollll. seriously.

I think my happy blues is fadding away I'm in the mood to call NVC lollll.
