I just got my invoice for the AOS and IV fees and paid them right away :thumbs:

FINALLY Paid the IV bill!!!! wooo hooo!

NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

05/22/2012 - interview - passed!

Well, at least this morning no one tried to tell me our case isn't in Montreal. No interview date, no word, nothing. Oh well.

USCIS (192 days, August 24 2011 to March 2 2012. No RFE's).
NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

05/09/2012 - medical in Toronto - passed!
05/22/2012 - interview - passed!
05/25/2012 - visa in hand!!! biggrin.png
06/09/2012 - POE @ YWG (Winnipeg Int'l Airport)

Removal of Conditions submitted March 24, 2014, received March 26, 2014

05/07/12 - Case numbers and IIN's (14 days/10 business days since NVC received)

05/07/12 - Sent out DS-3032 by email; auto-response received

05/08/12 - AOS fee invoiced, paid - "IN PROCESS"

05/09/12 - AOS fee shows as "PAID"

05/10/12 - Spouse's DS-3032 accepted; minor child's rejected = had petitioner call NVC = received verbal acceptance from operator

If there is any other members here waiting their invoicing you could liaise with them as well just to know if theirs are invoiced

I am still waiting too. Called Monday, they put in a request to release invoice. I called yesterday, the request was there, said it takes 3-5 days. So, I'm checking daily.

9/21/11 - Married in Syria
11/16/11 - Fedex I-130
11/17/11 - Received at USCIS
11/18/11 - Text received from USCIS - papers received - sent to California for processing

11/22/11 - check cleared - Received NOA1 form in mail

I am sorry to hear that i just talk to the lady at the senator's office, she just said yes the expedite is denied she received an email from the embassy, she was really unhelpful, she said there is nothing else they could do. Hobnestly, i do not see the point of involving a congressman and senator in a case
