NVC directly responds to the DS-3032 saying they either accepted or rejected it. I've never seen a checklist before for the DS-3032... You can try emailing it again, I guess.

The DS-3032 has been emailed again...so, back to waiting on that...but in other news, I spoke with Brady @ NVC who said all is well with my AOS...so @ least I got some good news! I'll go update my timeline and signature now... :P

NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

Thanks! Sent it out via FedEx this past Thursday (4/19)It arrived on Friday (4/20)

I just called a lil while ago, and that's how I found out it was already reviewed. I am guessing they took a look @ it between Friday and today (which seemed pretty quick!)Now if only they were that quick on all levels! LOL

I know I am not at NVC anymore, but I just want to wish everyone here good luck!!! I know you might not see the light at the end of the tunnel quite yet, but I promise it's coming, and when you see it, it's a wonderful feeling!! :dance:

I myself will be preparing all my evidence this week, since I am leaving on Monday for my husband's interview. We are nervous, but staying positive.

Hello! No, our timeline isn't even started yet! We were considering which type visa to use, but we

definitely want to get married with her family present, so we know we'll be using the I-130 now.

Our wedding will be May 27, or 28, 2012

After seeing most timelines, we are fine with it.

But we are reading and learning from all others.

Also, I'll be filing through the new location, at Phoenix,AZ, because I live

in Florida. I'd like to start a thread for people that will now file through there

to see how smoothly the process works through there. The reasoning said it was to balance the

work load between centers. So I guess We'll be one of the guinea pigs for Arizona!!

And hope for the best.
