I had to wait 40 minutes once to get through to an operator, my longest wait ever. But it was completely worth it as I got my case number on that call :)

Go pee with your phone :P Just don't flush if they pick up :P

Whew.. so much better now!

Got the typical script of "Once an interview is scheduled you will be contacted by email blah blha blah"

But at least she didn't give any packet 3 and 4 nonsense, and didn't say Montreal was no longer scheduling appointments.

I'm on day 14.. NVC hurry it up!

I got my interview date on day 15!! Perhaps tomorrow for you!! yes.gif

Yeah, maybe.. 15 days seems to be on the long end for Montreal. But who knows. I stick with the theory that the US government just hates me.

I found one person who took 31 days from Case complete to Packet 4. (the email) but that's the longest I've seen so far.

Yeah, over 2 weeks is on the long end, which is what happened to me last year. But, I got scheduled during the fourth week, which is when I've noticed NVC picks up again on scheduling interview dates (2nd and 4th weeks of the month, although there are interview dates scheduled all month, just the majority in those 2 weeks). I've got a feeling yours is coming this week ;)

Finally picked-up after 14 minutes and 40 seconds!

Well the operator wouldn't forward my call to Supervisor Sue, she did say that the NVC has Emailed my Expedite Request to the HONG KONG Consulate for there approval and possible interview Date!

Ya, know, I hate people that don't fill out their time lines!!

Last week of the month!! :thumbs: Tomorrow is my middle little's 13th birthday (yay for TWO teenagers in the house :wacko:) It would be a great birthday present for her. She's as on edge as I am about her step father getting here!

Agreed, 1 million percent yes.gif It takes like a minute to fill out, but helps SO MANY people!! As do signatures! But timelines are important for statistics and such that VJ uses.
