Hahaha ya, The only good thing about immigrating to Canada is you can do it from inside Canada and not have to be apart.

Mr. Sheeshka received a letter in the mail the other day, informing me that the first phase of my Canadian PR was approved. We filed for it last April. I sent a letter last June to with draw my application. Guess they didn't get it lol.

Yikes that's a long time. Plus you wouldn't be working. This whole system is crazy.

Yikes that's a long time. Plus you wouldn't be working. This whole system is crazy.

You can apply for, and usually get, a temporary work permit that has to be renewed every 90 days, if you apply under the provincial nominee program.

Hi! Im quite confused. Ive got received the DS 3032 from the NVC and abt to sent it tom to the NVC via snail mail. But what abt sending DS 3032 via email that your talking abt? In the letter they said il be sending the form with the address they indicated but how abt emailing? Kinda confused pls help me out abt this guys. Cuz il be sending DS 3032 tom. Thanks in advance.

I highly suggest you do NOT mail that DS-3032 form. Instead, EMAIL it. Go to the first post in this thread and look for the link to 'DS-3032 email template'. Follow the instructions. This will save you a lot of time.

DS 3032 sent a week ago still not IV application fees . i just get a automatic message , but no letter from NVC stating they receieved and accepted my choice of agent form. want to know if this waiting is normal.

The IV fee will NOT be invoiced until the DS-3032 is accepted. Have you called NVC and asked if they've received your DS-3032 email?

My husband received an email 2 days ago saying NVC accepted his choice of agent and all future

correspondence will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the

DS-3032.. and just a few minuted ago I received an email from NVC giving my husband instructions

on how to send DS-3032, it was dated the same day my husband received the acceptance of the DS-3032

I'm guessing its a computer delay :S I'm going to call them tomorrow and see whats goin on

What day did your husband email out the DS-3032?

You don't have a signature, so I'm Tying to get a new timeline on how long its presently taking NVC to acceptance the DS-3032 once its been sent Via Email!

He sent it April 13th, it took them 1 week to reply
