NVC Filers - April 2012

Last tuesday 4/17, same day i paid the IV fee. IV fee showed "PAID" on the 18th. NVC received the IV packet yesterday, 19th. Today @ 1700 EST, they said case is complete.

I have no clue and when I called today they told me I have to wait 10-20days for it to be reviewed by a supervisor. On Wednesday one of the operators showed my information to the supervisor. So I'm in the supervisor pile. I think.....NVC driving me crazy every time I call I get a different answer where my invoice is, plus I think some operators don't even look they just tell you standard information, but the operator who did put in the supervisor request said that if I didn't receive it by Wednesday coming I should definitely call back.

You should call though and see what they say.. I will be calling again later before they close for the weekend.

Sorry to hear that. I know for sure you got your case number and AOS fee ahead of my case. I think because of the reduced IV fee, everything got messed up.

Yeah, i was nervous when i sent the IV packet cause the IV payment is still in process. But when it showed "PAID", it was such a relief....hehehe

Same here. I called today, again, and she told me that the supervisor request was put in yesterday (after i called) so i should get the bill early next week. We'll see..at least after week of calling someone was kind enough to put that stincking request in

Things seem to be going slower at NVC now. Case taking longer to be input, # of days increasing from receiving case # to get barcode DS-3032 and Invoiced.

LOL this is too funny. I called NVC and Waldo said "supervisor Sue" was in a "meeting" and to call back after 3(probably because that was when his shift was ending). After calling back promptly at 3 and insisting on talking to "Sue" I was put and "hold" and was told that she spoke to "Sue" personally and to call back Monday about my IV fee not being invoiced. Evidently no one has a clue as to what is really going, and we just have to wait until they get their act in gear.

HI everybody. i sent my choice of agent a week ago but my IV Package fees is still not generated. i call them but they still telling me to wait, don't understand why it taking too long. i think i am going to send them another message ,but this time i will use the template from Vj for choice of agent. about the AOS fee, i already paid them and send them the filled form. do you think that it's a good idea to resend the choice of agent or i just need to be more patient.

Did they email you that they received and accepted ds-3032 form? If you received that email, and fee is not yet generated you are probably in the same situation as us, waiting for it. Call again and ask if they actually received it. If they did you have to be patient since there is evidently some waiting around for the iv bill.

Usually about a week after authomated response. Mine took less, some people's take little more. Give it a week and call them again if still nothing. Since you got the authomated response they will definitely get back to you with something. Hopefully that would happen soon.

The iv bills are still not all generated ;(

there may be...just call and tell them you need to talk to a supervisor. the supervisor may just be busy...but be INSISTENT!
