Doesn't sound serious.

When i got Checklist for AOS, in the email from NVC, i also got checklist for Payment.

But my status was PAID few days ago.

So i just mailed them AOS checklist that i needed to change and ignored the payment checklist.

You can still call them and ask, i didn't because i knew it was their system not updated.

Thanks for sharing your experiance. Feeling a bit relaxed now.

They haven't received your packet yet, didn't you just mail it today? or did they get it today? Either way, it's probably an auto generated email. I'd still call them for peace of mind.

Yes I mailed it today, its fine just spoke to the agent, its an automatic email...thanks!

Don't worry about this! When NVC reviews a package and accept it, they very commonly issue a checklist for the other package, whether it's in the building or not.

Got ya...I'll just be waiting the "20" days I was told to wait for them to review the IV packt!!

How long does it usually take NVC to review IV checklist? I emailed my checklist response last week's Monday 3/26/2012.

Last Friday, an operator told me that got "something" from me and i called today and it's still in Review.

hmm.....

Frustrating because this Checklist was created by their mistake, whoever "reviewed" didn't know the full (other) requirement for this checklist.

it took them 2 days to review my checklist. They received it from USPS on wednesday. Friday afternoon i called and i got my CC

Well after 15 minutes on hold, I finally got through, and ended up speaking with someone who really "loves" his life.

Rude, not friendly, not willing to help, and with B.S. answers....plus he sounded like a robot

I'm afraid cuz I always gett his M.E.A.N "lady". Always gives me the smirk sigh and just gives me the silent treatment and when i say "Okay, thank you", She says "OOOOKAAAYYYYYYY"

I mean #######!? just look into my case and answer my q's, thats all i'm asking.

I'm not asking her to Expedite my case.

I finally got my case number, IIN and BIN. Going to send of the choice of agent email now. Finally something is happening now.

CONGRATS! Doesn't it feel GREAT to be able to update your timeline & signature?

So I finally got through and was told the second week of the month bla bla bla

So I told the person who answered that I knew that wasn't so cause I knew people who got their interview date last week. She then admittided that it wasn't exactly how the interviews are set but she did say that during the second week of the month they updated the embassies available time slots for the upcoming month and start to book them. So in april they will book interviews for may. Some embassies might have more open time slots one month because they might have fewer fiancee visa interviews and they will then release more slots to the nvc during the month and not just the second week...

At least I got some kind of explanation, if it's true or not I don't know.. Has anyone else been givven this explanation?

Well at least that's a clarification so we can better understand what's going on...

Well sent of the choice of agent email and also logged in for the 1st time. :dance: When hubby comes back from training I can tell him the good news. I'm a military wifey not canadian like you guys.

Yay! NVC listened. It's like Christmas!!

Please find enclosed the following items of supporting documents for the DS-260 packet.

- Barcode Cover Sheet

• Two (2) Passport Size Photographs of Beneficiary (NVC Case Number, beneficiary’s name,

and date written on back of both)

• Copy of the Biographic Data Pages of Beneficiary’s Passport

• Copy of Certified Birth Certificate of Beneficiary from the Province of Manitoba

• Copy Certified Marriage Certificate from the Province of Alberta

• Copy of Police Clearance Certificate (Canada) for Beneficiary

All documents submitted are exact unaltered photocopies of orignals. I understand I will be required

to submit original documents to a consular official at a later date. Please do not hesitate to contact

I guess I am really gonna have to wait till next week. That sucks because this friday will make 3 weeks since CC.

I just hope they don't assign it next week and then make it super short notice, then I'm really gonna get annoyed!!

That's what I'm worried about. I know the Paraguay Embassy only does spouse visa interviews the first week of the month. So if we get our interview date next week and it's for the first week of May, we have very little time to prepare. I've also heard that it takes 2 weeks to get medical results back...
