No but you know about mine - DoS ALWAYS asks me for name and date of birth, sometimes just beneficiary, sometimes both. Today they are making me want to ram my phone down their throats, but that's something else entirely. :innocent:

I believe I found the DHL shipment from the NVC in Portsmouth, NH to the US Embassy in Santiago, Chile. I used the method in the LingChe NVC ShortCut. It ships today, but probably won't get there until Monday based on what i'm seeing with other shipments to that part of the world. Hopefully I will be contacted by the Embassy early next week so we can schedule our interview date.

07/28/11 - NOA1 for both

02/21/12 - RFE for both (received hardcopy on 2/25)

04/16/12 - Expedite requested for both cases due to NVC error

04/18/12 - Expedite request approved for both cases and sent to Santiago Embassy

04/25/12 - Wife went to Embassy for document review. Interview date assigned for both cases.

04/26/12 - Medical Exam for both. Result - approved.

05/07/12 - Interview date for both. Result - approved!

Possible scenario 1: expedite request is approved

Possible scenario 2: expedite request is denied

Well, considering they've been fast with everything else, I'm sure you'll hear quickly of an interview date from Chile.

I'd call up another operator and ask. I'd NEVER take the advice of just ONE operator since they're answers always seem to differ.

Saylin I took your advise and call again and I got another operator, she also said that it is fine to send in the packages as one. She said anything that you send to NVC will be reviewed by them and they will not reject it. Just to let you know.

Just called NVC to see if an interview date has been assigned. Operator said that they are done scheduling and if by the third week of MAY I haven't heard anything to call back :( ughhhh

I am thinking of e-mailing the consulate to see if they fill up really fast with interviews or if there is only a specific week of the month they do interviews. We don't mind having the interview in June since we are hoping to move in July, but we do wanna plan a vacation in June and we can't buy our plane tickets until we get this date...

I too would email the consulate or try to get in contact with them. They should be able to answer your question, and who knows..maybe even schedule you themselves. I know I will try it if they give me a late interview because of the "we are done scheduling" script they read.

When trying to log in to the payment portal I got the following error:

You cannot make online payments for your case at this time. Please contact the NVC if you have questions or need further information.

Anyone know what this means? I mean... obviously means I can't pay yet, but I haven't received this error before, I have been receiving the 'Your case in in the process of termination' error.

I get the same error message when trying to log into NVC payment center. Wonder if it's something wrong with their system. :unsure:

Like I replied to them, it's probably the same as the other SIF messages: they're invoicing you the AOS bill.
