I am going to forward just to light fire under them, i am sorry but i have to be a pain in the butt

I've been thinking more about your case, because I know how important it would be for me to be wife my wife if she were giving birth.

As I said in an earlier post pregnancy has not typically been a reason to expedite, but I wonder how often it is the petitioner who is pregnant. When the beneficiary is pregnant the petitioner usually has the option to travel to where she is living to be with her during the birth, but in the case where the petitioner is pregnant the beneficiary has to wait until they have their visa before they can travel to the USA. For this reason I hope they are more favorable to granting expedites when the petitioner is pregnant.

Was your wife able to obtain a more detailed letter from her doctor?

I would be curious to know how much sway an immigration liason from a senator or congressman's office has over the foreign embassies. I know they can request these things on your behalf, just don't know how much it helps in getting a good outcome.

If your petition is denied do you think you will get a June interview? When is your wife due?

Again, good luck on your expedite request, I hope they are able to set an interview date for you that will allow you to be with your wife when she gives birth to your child.

Pregnancy is not a reason for expedite but a high risk one should be. We provided report from the doctor with exam results from ultrasound proving what we were complaining about.

-My wife due date is July 23rd but we do not know if the baby will be coming out earlier. SO we fighting to get a May interview.

-If the expedite is denied, we still have 80% to get a June interview, analyzing that a haiti member here that got her CC Feb 15th got her interview scheduled May 11th. So there are chances that we have our late june if the expedit is denied again.

Have you considered requesting an expedite based on how long you had to wait at the USCIS phase? If they embassy has open interview dates in May there is no reason you should have to continue to wait.

I sent IV and AOS separetely and it 2 them 2 days to review each. So there are chances you got a CC by Tuesday if you do not get any checklist

Have you considered requesting an expedite based on how long you had to wait at the USCIS phase? If they embassy has open interview dates in May there is no reason you should have to continue to wait.

We were already told we were eligible for expedite because of USCIS error with our petition.I'd rather people who really, truly need an expedite go ahead of us.

We're really not in that big of a hurry because we won't POE until after our 2 year anniversary in June to get an IR-1.

I'm just being impatient lol.

I called DoS today and for the first time the lady asked for names and DOBs. I got all excited. She put me on hold then said "I'm sorry, we're not showing an interview appointment yet, and packet four has not been sent"

I chatted Saylin up, and she said they never asked for names and such until she had an interview date, and the packet 4 thing confused her as much as it did me.

Anyone else have a similar experience?

USCIS- 260 Days

6/8/11~ Mailed I-130 Application, withdrew Canadian PR application
6/16/11~ NOA1 email and text message Case routed to CSC (Priority Date)
7/12/11~ The 'Money Order' Incident/Returned to Tennessee
8/03/11~ TOUCHED!
3/2/12~ APPROVED! NOA2!

NVC Electronic Processing- Montreal- 19 Days

3/21/12~ Received case number & IIN 20 Days after NOA2
3/21/12~ Sent in opt-in email
3/22/12~ Opt-in accepted
3/23/12~ DS-261 Submitted, never accepted
