That's ok. It really is. The senator is just saying to give them two weeks before writing back about it. The embassy may decide faster. It's ok!!! :)

let's say the embassy take their decision to deny it again, i doubt that the senator's office would do something

You need to remember one thing - at this point, you've done all you can. It's out of your hands. It's better to pray and feel hopeful, than it is to worry and think the worst. Right?

I know but at this point,nt the senator's office taking 2 weeks to be involved is useless, while we know the embassy decision will be for this weekend or monday.

You don't really know how quickly the embassy will make a decision though - just because they went fast the first time, doesn't mean they will make a fast decision again. It all depends on who is reviewing the case and how deeply they dig into it. So please, relax as much as you can...you may feel a bit better if you do. Promise! :blush:

I do see your point. But don't forget - the senator may already have contacted the embassy. they asked for 2 weeks so that you don't keep contacting them until they're done. So...if the embassy denies your request before the senator gets a chance to help - the senator will still try. You never know, right?

You don't need to, it just tells them something they already know. The embassy is who is reviewing your request :)

Yup, that's a good idea about posting the stuff, just like with the AOS and IV packages yes.gifgood.gif

And not sure if you've done your research or not, but for Mexico, you have to go to an ASC (Applicant Service Center) before the interview to get biometrics done.
