NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

05/09/2012 - medical in Toronto - passed!
05/22/2012 - interview - passed!
05/25/2012 - visa in hand!!! biggrin.png
06/09/2012 - POE @ YWG (Winnipeg Int'l Airport)

Removal of Conditions submitted March 24, 2014, received March 26, 2014

"RFE" for page 3 of application received, date March 27, 2014. Package re-submitted with all papers re-attached.

04/07/2014 - NOA1 Date

05/07/2014 - Biometrics in Charlotte, NC

11/05/2014 - APPROVED! Citizenship in 5 months!

11/10/2014 - NOA2 in hand.

I got my Packet IV letter which tells me what time the consulate interview is. But I haven't received a "Invitation Letter" from the American Consulate in Ciudad Juarez. Is this being sent through snail mail or electronically? Or is this the IV letter I just received?

And you mean the Packet 4 letter? IV package is what you send to NVC :P That IS the interview letter. You don't get anything from the consulate/embassy.

It used to take that long just a few short months ago... Looks like NVC might be going into another backlog.

That's ok. It really is. The senator is just saying to give them two weeks before writing back about it. The embassy may decide faster. It's ok!!! :)

Hi there, just hang tight. It took me exactly a month to get my case number. I got my NOA2 on 3/19/12 (received at NVC 4/9/12) and received my case number over the phone yesterday 4/18/12. You should be getting something next week as long as they have your case with them already :-)

I feel really depressed. I don't know what to do. Come monday it will be a month since NOA2!

Just got off phone with NVC. The operator told me that IV Bill has not been generated yet, though she does not know why. Told me that she will do it today. I asked how long I have to wait for the email, and she said because it has to go through a supervisor she does not know but I should keep an eye on my email within next couple of days (like I don't already check it avely 1,5 minutes ) :unsure: ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh :bonk:

Well the NVC does not have my case. I don't know what to do. I did contact my congressman just now to investigate if my case has been lost.

Well it seems that someone always lights a fire under the NVC on Fridays, so maybe tomorrow will be all the IV invoices :)

3/9/12 NOA2 email (got hardcopy on 3/16)

3/19 NVC received case

3/30 Case number

4/3 AOS bill invoiced and paid (in process)

4/4 DS-3032 Accepted

4/4 AOS bill reads PAID

4/6 AOS package delivered to NVC

4/10 AOS package approved!

4/25 IV bill Finally! invoiced and paid (in process)
