Also, regarding my taxes. I have not received my transcript for 2011 yet but want to send out the package tomorrow. Can I send the whole tax return from 2011 that I printed? I filed my taxes myself, and printed the summary and 1040. Included in all those papers is the filing of my state taxes. Do those need to be included as well? Or just my federal? Yeah, if you don't have the transcripts yet, then you can include what you mentioned. Make sure it's the ENTIRE tax return, so including 1040, schedules, 1099, etc. You also have to include your W2s.

Do NOT send the state taxes. NVC only wants the FEDERAL taxes.

This is probably a very dumb question, and probably not for in here but it's sort of related so I'm asking...is it normal for congressmen - OR their aides - to write you at 9 at night?!

USCIS (192 days, August 24 2011 to March 2 2012. No RFE's).
NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

05/09/2012 - medical in Toronto - passed!
05/22/2012 - interview - passed!
05/25/2012 - visa in hand!!! biggrin.png
06/09/2012 - POE @ YWG (Winnipeg Int'l Airport)

Removal of Conditions submitted March 24, 2014, received March 26, 2014

"RFE" for page 3 of application received, date March 27, 2014. Package re-submitted with all papers re-attached.

04/07/2014 - NOA1 Date

05/07/2014 - Biometrics in Charlotte, NC

11/05/2014 - APPROVED! Citizenship in 5 months!

11/10/2014 - NOA2 in hand.

Just spoke with Mac at the NVC. He informed me that our expedite request was approved today and that both cases have been sent to the Embassy in Santiago! I submitted the expedite request via email Monday evening, then received a reply on Tuesday morning that they had received my expedite request and today it was approved. :dance:

The finish line is starting to come into view. Hopefully the Santiago embassy will get our case and contact us to schedule the interview in a few days.

Thanks again to those that provided guidance on the expedite process.

That was supper fast, I sent a expedite request via email on Tuesday evening, so there's a chance that we can get some news tomorrow afternoon also! :thumbs:

We presently have the worse congress in U.S. History, They havent passed a bill in over 400days. I seriously doubt a congressmen is working at 9pm! :clock:

I should have added: include schedules and 1099 IF APPLICABLE yes.gif If all you have is the 1040 and nothing in addition, then that's all you need to send with the W2s.
