As a native 'balmoran' (Baltimorian)I must interject! Anything Pittsburgh sucks!! Be it the Pirates, the Penguins, or the Steelers!!

Entertaining foot ball story;

Mr. Sheeshka made the mistake, one Thanksgiving while visiting my family, flipping through channels to say "Oh look Baltimore is playing" He thought it would score brownie points with his future father-in-law.

My dad gets up from the table and says "Do you see horse shoes on the side of those helmets boy? No? It ain't f****ng Baltimore!" Mr. Sheeshka was speechless. :lol:

My dad is still sore from the Colts packing up in the middle of the night and moving to Indianapolis. After the move he started cheering for the Browns. Then they packed up and moved to Baltimore in '95. After that my dad said he'd never watch another NFL game again. And he hasn't.

So I guess the hate for the NFL (and Pittsburgh) has rubbed off on me :)

Hubby is a 49ers and Titans fan.

Just called with NVC and spoke to Gus. I gave him the USCIS case number for our daughter's file. He asked me who the beneficiary is and the relationship to the petitioner. I answered that the beneficiary is my daughter, and the petitioner is her father and my husband. He said, "Okay, that sounds exactly right." He also said it might take 3 weeks for a case number to be assigned.

Does that mean they have our case on their files already? Otherwise, how could he verify that the information I gave him was correct? Or am I just overanalyzing?

So called NVC today again about my IV invoice, 1st operator told me technical glitch and i wont be getting an invoice for now and she doesn't know when (totally forgot her name), second operator (liam) he actually looked and told me i should be getting my invoice in 3-5days. I feel much better now, I can have a peaceful sleep. Finally, yes I celebrate my small victory :dance:
