You're welcome!! It stinks so bad...it's like they arbitrarily choose whose files they push forward. If yours has no reason, maybe it'll come later this afternoon? I hope so...or maybe they had to just put them in batches because of the enormous task it is to invoice almost two weeks of people. Maybe yours just got put in tomorrow's batch and it'll be ok? :star::star:

I know how you feel, busy and frustrated with work and life, yet hanging on a GOVERNMENT AGENCY to make you happy. How messed up is that?! :P I have no doubt your invoice will come soon. NONE whatsoever, so hang in there! And you're welcome for the motivational words...I'm not that awesome, do too much complaining for that - but thanks for thinking so :) Hugs and happy thoughts for other people - those things I do well, lol... :star:

Hi guys,

I am honored to join VJ crowed. Just wanted to also put my piece of information. I am in the same boat with everyone else who are waiting for the IV bill to be generated. I called them on number of occasions and they told me that it should be up sometime before Friday. My husband also received an email from NVC saying that IV bill will be sent shortly. I hope they will do it very soon.

Thank you and nice to meet you all :)

I just paid IV fee bill minutes ago for $230 only!

HELLO SAYLIN,

I really appreciate how much you re so helpfull..I have a question to ask plz ;

I got my NOA 02 /I130 approval on 02/april , today is 17.

15 days left...... and haven't hear from NVC .

I Called NVC that is very hard to join ,who ask me to wait another week

I have tried again to reach another operator but the number

is always busy ...impossible to reach ...

any comment plz...regards

Hi!

First off, NVC is taking around 3+ weeks now to assign case numbers. They're still assigning case numbers with NOA2 dates of mid to late March.

All you can do is be patient and keep calling every day. Try around 5pm ET. I found that to be a perfect time to call and only had to wait a maximum of 5 minutes for an operator.

While you're waiting, I'd suggest you get both packages ready to go.

Ooooh, awesome! Look at you go! Back in elementary school, I pretty much flunked our programming unit in computer class. Lol. I couldn't make my screen blink different colors :)

Hehe ^_^

LOL, thanks!!! i appreciate it... i just dont get it... i'm trying to stay positive but it seems so many are getting theirs now... i see no reason that mine is held back... I hate the randomness at NVC...

A little suggestion: instead of being sad/angry/other negative feeling when you see someone else progress through NVC, why not be HAPPY for them? Imagine you're that person, passing certain time ticks, and actually feel good about it. By doing this, you'll bring that IV bill (and everything else) to you sooner than you can blink ;)

In your case it would be much better for the request to come form your wife, the USC, as she has to show why she needs you in the US.

Trav & Shell's case is different as their case was a major screw up and delayed through no fault of their own.

ok that is what i did, i used my wife email and just sent the email to both NVC ( ATTN : Supverisor Sue ) and Embassy. I put the Senator's office in copy
