According to what i have been told, Supervisor Sue will forward it to the embassy and it will be to them to Approve it or not. I thought it was gonna be Supervisor Sue who was gonna do the approval or Denial

Nope, it's the consulate/embassy that does the deciding. That's why expedite requests take awhile as they have to be sent to another place for a decision.

No, unfortunately, Supervisor Sue (if that is her real name) only forwards them to the Embassy. I think that's only if everything's in order. I WISH she was doing the approval! After the embassy gets the request, you have to wait - that's why it's a hurry for you to send it now that you have your documents. Getting sick of waiting yet? I sure am!

USCIS (192 days, August 24 2011 to March 2 2012. No RFE's).
NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

05/09/2012 - medical in Toronto - passed!
05/22/2012 - interview - passed!
05/25/2012 - visa in hand!!! biggrin.png
06/09/2012 - POE @ YWG (Winnipeg Int'l Airport)

Removal of Conditions submitted March 24, 2014, received March 26, 2014

When did you send the supporting document of your expedite request?

I sent everything over on April 3rd. I sent the documents as an attachment, and the letter I wrote was part of the attachment - it was also the body of my email.

after 8 days you still have not heard from them????????? wow, when you call NVC about it what do they tell you ?

The embassy has NO idea about your case at the moment. It has to be through NVC. Don't question the government ways :P

This is the only thing we need now, my wife and i are praying too

They tell me that our request is still under review, they haven't heard from the embassy yet. I'm not sure if that means the embassy is trying to fit me in for a date, or if they just haven't decided yet. We'll soon see :D

Good plan. You do need to be there for your baby and your wife. We both hope you get there soon!

(I was busy sending an email to the local animal shelter to win a prize from Purina! I had to send a story about how my shelter kitties and doggie effected my life)
