TRav, Sheeskabelle, dimples any suggestions guys? what you think?

I think your Doctors letter is enough. He said exactly what NVC needs to know and the fact that its from your DOCTOR it should need no further explaination. I would suggest that your wife write a letter in addition emphasizing as to why she needs you there for support, since you are the beneficiary. I would break it down to the nitty gritty, the more details the better.......You should be just fine!!!! :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs:

Ok Thanks. Her computer at home just caught a virus, I just clal her she is currently handwritting the letter and i will call her so she can read it for me while i am work now and i will type it on microsoft office word.

- For the scanning, she will have to go tomorrow to a place they do that so she can scan and attached them

That's a good idea about the letter...but not so good about the computer! I hope she gets it fixed soon!

does she live in a town that has a Kinko's? They do scanning...not sure on the price though...

Happy I get to join the NVC April Thread!! :) NOA2 on April 9th (Monday). When will I most likely get my case number? My lawyer said to have 1040 and W-2 forms ready to go for me and my dad (joint sponsor), but I saw on the first post, it might just be better to have tax transcripts...I already have the tax transcripts from the last 3 years, should I ask her if we can use those?

It's currently taking around 3 weeks. Keep an eye on the spreadsheet (linked in my signature) to estimate when you should get your case number.

If you have the tax return transcripts, I'd suggest sending those instead of the tax returns and W2s. NVC much prefers those.

lol my wife just told me that she will explain every single thing...lol. This letter is going to be really long

You can use either or, but NVC likes the nice neat transcripts.

Important point - the lettering at the bottom of the shirt wasn't upside down on purpose, and the other shirts are fixed the right way. Saylin's explanation made me wish I hadn't fixed it though!!! It's an upside down, mixed up process :)

Yes...Trav lives in a small town in Virginia. I love small towns (I grew up in a tiny country town, so it's much better for us!) Cities are no fun, too high stress. Are you moving to a city?
