So what's up with all the 6 am interviews????? isn't TOO early?

Some consulates/embassies open at different times. Looks like the one in DR opens quite early blink.gif

In Montreal, interviews are scheduled for 8am or later as they only open the doors at ~7:30am.

LOL...if i keep repeating it too much, by tonight i'll be found rocking in the corner in a ball repeating "expedite at end of week" over and over...lol :P:whistle:

I feel like i want to scream, NVC is driving me crazy 1st i have to wait for the IV invoice to be released on the 13th, so i have been sitting and wasting time. I paid my AOS it moved from in process to paid, and when i called they say they have no records of it being paid and that the site is not functioning properly due to the new prices and i also dont see the money coming out of the account. Operator telling me I might have to do the payment again because the site not working properly and i might not have gone through any at all. What should i do???? I hope they really do release those invoices soon, Pending deployment and paperwork is double stress and unhappiness.

Well the second time I called DOS she said 6:45am but I will wait for the email to be sure. That early is not rare in DR most interviews are scheduled that early.

I feel like i want to scream, NVC is driving me crazy 1st i have to wait for the IV invoice to be released on the 13th, so i have been sitting and wasting time. I paid my AOS it moved from in process to paid, and when i called they say they have no records of it being paid and that the site is not functioning properly due to the new prices and i also dont see the money coming out of the account. yes it is because the site is going wack because of it, i would have glad paid the extra $100 to save the time im losing. We wanted to be out of NVC as soon as possible because of our limited time

So I called again today and still nothing :crying:

Mee too buddy.

1st operator this am said there will be a big batch being scanned in tonight so try back in the morning.

2nd operator (2mins ago) said give it two more days and call back friday, cases are scanned in during the course of the day....

maybe Friday....

but im still calling between 9-10 tonight.

Those were the good ol' days... before 9-11 and immigration fraud. Good thing is, we've got bragging rights: we're survivors of a much TOUGHER system! good.gif

Yea, I'm sure that beats looking over your shoulder every 5 minutes... and surviving the system (for the most part) proves we're legit!!!

We came to the same conclusion. All though we would have been better prepared!

I know it's tough, but try to be patient....the money for my AOS fee came out of my bank account like 5 days after I paid (and when I paid, I received an error message). But finally it got all cleared up on its own. Good luck, I hope it works out soon :thumbs:

Oh that is good news. How did you manage to find that out about big batch being scanned tonight? I am optimistic about tomorrow.

My wife just got the letter from the doctor, I am not really happy about the letter. It is too short and not detailed. The doctor just says : that my wife is her patient and give until what date, he also says that she is on a high risk pregnancy due too some complications. Please expedite the visa for her husband... is that convincing enough?
