Yes he seems nice, I told him what the other operator told me yesterday about that won t have a May interview, he couldn't tell me not to pay attention or ask me who did that but the way he was talking shows that i was given a false information yesterday.

I got Frank on a Monday, he said "I can tell you, I can't see your case in the system, it's here, so if I can't see anything it means it's being input into our system now. If you call back tomorrow or Wednesday, I bet you have a case number"

I called back Wednesday, got Frank again, he remembered me! (Sheeshka is a pretty unique name.) And he said "See Mrs. Sheeshka, I told you you'd have your case number!"

She didn't...although, maybe that's because I tried joking around with her! (for the record, if you speak with Donna - she has NO sense of humor!!!)

LOL I don't think I would personally test that theory.

All though I got mad at Kat one evening when she said "is there anything else I can help you with" I said "No, thank you. You've been most unhelpful today."

Even though in the end.. she's the one that fixed my AOS issue..

I doubt that. Monday night, Riley yelled at me and I had to count something for her because she had no clue. My voice got raised too and I called right back and asked to talk to a supervisor (after sheeshkabelle suggested it). The next day (yesterday), the operators were nice again. I think though, unless you get a mean one, they really respond to how you talk to them - they like (and seem to help more) if they are spoken to respectfully!

No Donna doesn't have a sense of humor at all, but she's nice.

It IS true... i had no clue until after i got married and even then, i thought the USCIS step was the only step... silly me for not reading more into it at the time... and most people don't know that there is a process to coming here legally... the ones that have an idea, don't think it takes as long as it does... my mom was telling me that back when she filed a petition for my dad ~26 years ago, that it was just one petition she filed, submitted a bank statement, he had his interview, and he was here after only 2 months!!! talk about simple and quick!!! lol... i was telling her of all the stages there are now, the number of forms to fill, all the other documents and paperwork to submit, and then all the fees and she couldn't believe it... times have changed ALOT!!! my dad thought i was doing something wrong with the filing because it was taking longer than a couple of months...LOL :wacko:

Those were the good ol' days... before 9-11 and immigration fraud. Good thing is, we've got bragging rights: we're survivors of a much TOUGHER system! good.gif

Hum... Do you think operators can report on someone cursing them out, could that have an impact on the visa issuance?

The most operators can do would put a note in your file, saying like 'rude caller'. But that'd be it. I doubt their call log or notes would be sent to the consulate/embassy along with the case after the interview date is assigned.

Those were the good ol' days... before 9-11 and immigration fraud. Good thing is, we've got bragging rights: we're survivors of a much TOUGHER system! good.gif
