Yeah I figured I won't give up on calling. NVC operator told me they will be done scheduling this week or by early next. I have decided to be proactive and started gathering and printing excessive evidence.

Girl you had not told me they told you that?! I had my first call of the day with no luck at 8:35am... hoping they take a look at our petitions throughout the day today. Yessie's friend was a CR1 petition and got interview date yesterday so I am hoping for good news...I am trying to be optimistic here...trying oh so hard!

Hi everyone!

Have any of you spoken to Frank when calling the NVC? I swear the guy sounds like he's a computer. :lol: I kept thinking I was going to have to "press 1" (or something) to move to the next message. The AVR hasn't been an option since we got our NOA2, but I'm wondering if he's the voice they used for it!

Still no case number so we're back in limbo again, but hopefully it will be assigned soon!

LOL!!!! Yeah, Frank is robo-fabulous! Just wait till you talk to Riley, and be ready to yell a little. She thinks she's always right, but I had to teach her to count yesterday so.... :whistle: Speculation is, they tapped into Piglet from Winnie the Pooh for the AVR voice lol. No case number yet? I hope you get one soon...

Get everything prepared ahead of time so you don't waste any precious time once your case number gets assigned.

I read your post and checked mine just now this morning...OURS SHOWS PAID TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) Maybe it'll be a good day and maybe I will resend the AOS docs (one of the checklists I got mentioned they were received but I just don't care, they're being so inefficient I will keep ramming docs down their throat :D)

i have called four time to nvc to give my email to the case of my son and they tell me that my husband has to call them and give it by himself . Does my husband have to call them then? (I am the beneficiary) :help:

You are definitely allowed. I was the beneficiary and I was the ONLY one that called NVC, not my husband. I was able to get the case number, IIN, BIN from the operators, I gave over our email addresses, I even sent both packages to NVC. The beneficiary is allowed to do all of these. Just call them up again and hopefully you'll get an operator that actually knows what the heck they're doing headbonk.gif

Hi All!

Emily and I have had some great news in the past week. She's pregnant...with twins!! :dance::blink: It's safe to say that I am as excited and as scared as I have ever been. Our interview is scheduled in London for May 29th at the moment, and obviously we'd like to be together as quickly as possible. So questions...1)I know pregnancy doesn't qualify you for an expedite, but does twins change this? And 2) Is it even possible to expedite when an interview has been set, and how would I go about doing this...via NVC or the Embassy now?

First off, grats!

For your questions, an expedite probably won't be granted if she just recently got pregnant. She shouldn't be in any high risk pregnancy yet, and she'll be able to fly to the US after the interview as she'll only be a few months pregnant. You can try (it doesn't hurt), but I really think you have a low chance as your interview is next month and she's only a few weeks along.

my NOA2 DATED in 16 march . and we need to expidite the case cause our approval was after expidite and they dont let us request only after the number assigned . any help ?

I am all confused now, DOS told me another thing different from NVC, They told me NVC is waiting for available dates in May to see :wacko:

From talking to both DOS and NVC it looks like NVC has access to more information than DOS. I just spoke to a lady at DOS and she said she cant give me any information until NVC gets around to scheduling my interview!!!

Married July 16th

NOA1- August 19th

Touch - August 24th

NOA2 - Feb 27th - Praise the Lord!!!!!!!

3/05/12 --- NVC Received CaseFile

3/20/12 --- NVC Casefile Number and IIN Issued

3/20/12 --- Emailed DS-3032 to NVC

3/22/12 --- AOS FEE BILL PAID ONLINE &

3/26/12 --- AOS Fee Bill Marked Paid []

3/22/12 --- AOS CoverSheets Generated &

3/26/12 --- AOS packet sent

3/27/12 --- DS-3032 Accepted

3/28/12 --- AOS Packet Delivered @ NVC 10:30AM

3/28/12 --- IV Fee Bill Showing as 'Payable' []

3/28/12 --- IV FEE BILL PAID ONLINE &

3/29/12 --- IV Fee Bill marked as PAID []

3/29/12 --- IV CoverSheets Generated &

3/30/12 --- AOS Packet Accepted
