Yes, I am SO grateful for that site I found. Saved so much money for the pictures for the IV package, medical, and interview. Just wish I had heard of it for my I-130 petition before spending $30

And the bigger benefit than saving money, in my opinion, is that you can keep taking pictures until you're satisfied. I took probably at least 10 for my interview ones as I knew that was going on my green card, and I wanted it to look good And then I discover, on my green card, the picture is in black & white, not color. I don't see my pretty pink hair on it

Yeah, but just consider this a preparation period. Have everything filled out and signed, scanned, and uploaded into a PDF format (if doing EP). Go over the DS-260 screenshots and make sure you have all information needed.

Like others and myself say, once you get the case number, it typically goes very fast up until everything is submitted.

Yes, Darnell is is arrogant, with a touch of conceitedness thrown in. He's straight forward and to the point, he doesn't sugar coat it, to the point that it's sometimes rude. Sometimes that's what people need in order to understand what is being told to them. That's Darnell, but 99.9% of the time he's right.

Rujby's situation is horrible, any one with an ounce of empathy feels for his plight. He has strong, compelling evidence, from what he's told us, to get an expedite.

Darnell's point is, Rujby has been told what to do to get his expedite since the end of February/ beginning of March. He's been given advice by more than just Darnell. Everything Rujby's been told to do, has been ignored by Rujby, other than sending in an email. He hasn't gathered the evidence, he and his wife, have chose to wait to get the much needed letter. He's been told to send in his wife's medical records. It's always been either, 'we're going to another doctor', 'My wife is waiting for the next appointment' etc.

It seems anyone who dares disagree with him, or try to reiterate that he hasn't sent the evidence in, is then admonished or ignored by Rujby.

I'm not sure if this is a communication issue, a language barrier, or what. If the advice he was given, was heeded and followed through with, a month ago, he would probably be on his way to the US as this is written. Now the case is closed and he has no other choice than to wait on an interview to be assigned to him.

There is difference between not wanting to follow an advice and not being able follow it due to a situation that occured. Since the beging ( at uscis) my wife asked to her former doctor to give her a letter so that we could give to uscis, he just gave her a simple paper, with a note : my wife needs husband support. I was so surprised that he did so. My wife called him to explain that immgration request not a simple note but a formal letter whuch he refused to give. What could I do in this situation, force him to? Or change doctor? Well we decided to give up on the letter and to continue with him and thanks God 4 days after uscis deny our expedite request we have been sent a letter saying our case is approves ( noa2). Last month after all the pressuring that the doctor was making on my wife to make abortion and all the lies he have been making, we decided not to continue with him. My wife was looking so bad for a new doctor for a new appontement, she ws calling some hospital until she found one at Beth israel in NJ. She only had one phone conversation with the doctappoinþor who set her an appointment on 2 weeks ( april 4th). Here in the forum I kept on saying that we were waiting for my wife for my wife new appointment. How could I get a letter from a doctor before her new appointment? Now the day of the appointment they made so many test and interview with my wife that she didn t insist on the letter with the doctor he they were interviewing her on a report with bunch of lies that her former docror send the to new doctor. Sometimes you need to understand that when a woman is pregnant and going through a letter she worried most on the baby's health than the process which is normal, I could not blame her for that. Our babe first! Today or early next week we will be giving a call to their staff to talk to them about the leTter. This was not my ignorance or I was not following advices, but like I said before not all situations are the same and before judging I told to Darnell to take time to ask questions not jumping to conclusion or insulting me. If darnell was not on the website I could still get help from any member here. Mister known it all is too arrogant which I can not tolerate
