Of course there are people that have been approved and even some that filed in January have been approved already. There are many reasons why a case may have been approved so quickly. You just have to have patients and at least wait out the time frame that USCIS gives which is at least five months before you should start to worry. One thing keep in mind, it depends on which service center you are going through (california is slower than vermont, the country you are from, and the individual that is reviewing your case. These people have such a large backlog, do not only go by what you see on here. They have thousand more cases to review. Also as an FYI certain visa catergories have priorities and if there is a huge backlog they will take workers from one area to kill down the backlog and then they will return to their own work. Inside information.

Hi everyone...just looking for the 2011 december filers. Im still patiently waiting to hear for my NOA2 :( (seems like forever)

Any december filers who got their approval for NOA2? ..i need some positive "YES" pleeeaassseee... anybody??

The average wait for NOA2 appoval for K-1 filers is 5 - 6.5 months. There is no real way to tell if you will get approved early. Most K-1 filers (except DCF or Military Expedited) will wait 5 - 6.5 months on average.

God Does for those who do for themselves..!!

patience...patience and more patience that's the rule of these whole journey good luck! :)

All I know, is that I need you... I need you in my life as much as I need food or water or air to breathe - for the longest time, I've had this thirst deep inside... only to be known and understood and be loved for who I am. I have longed for someone, someone like you - to share my life with... all the ups and downs and everything in between. then out of no where - you walked into my life, quenching my thirst, satisfying my longing. and I know from every thing with in - that you are the one... you're the one I've been waiting for all this time. I want and I need you - more than I can usually find words to say... But today and always - please believe and know that you're the one for me and I'll hold you close and I'll never want to let you go...
