Pregnant Fiance in the Philippines

I'm sure I'm not the first person to have a pregnant fiance in another country. Since the timeframe from inital acceptance of the I-129F packet and the interview is roughly 8 months, it looks like she will be giving birth in her home country (Philippines). My question is, when we are approved for the visa and assuming she has to have the baby in the Philippines, roughly how long does it take to get a U.S. passport for the new baby, which will be both a Philippines and American citizen? Will her original Visa to enter the US still be acceptable in that timeframe, or will they likely hold issuing the Visa until right around when the passport for the new baby would be approved. If anyone could give me steps on that process I'd appreciate it. Got the USCIS Initial Acceptance Confirmation on March 28, 2012 and her due date is mid-November 2012.

Also based on the baby we are pushing the wedding date back until April 2013 if that matters.

You may want to delay the visa process (at the embassy) for your fiancee if things get to where the baby is born there so that the visa is not issued while waiting for the baby's passport. The embassy can extend the process up to one year, so when the time comes IF necessary keep them informed as to what is going on.

Of course all of this is .... IF
