I swear I thought I knew the ins and outs of this process. Immigrant petition, I129F, a K3 visa, EAD card, adjusted status, lifted conditions, turned in the card, refiled DCF, and finally back in the US.

I have never seen case status "Decision". We got the welcome notices (3 pages of them) about a month after we arrived. What happens next and why is the case in "Decision" and not "post-decision activity"?

The friggin decision was made overseas before the visa was issued? LOL

Any thoughts or experiences?

Because the USCIS case status website is not accurate it never is.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
