Age Difference - What induces a "Red Flag"?

I met an asian woman who told me her husband petitioned for her 5 years ago and they sent in a sex tape with their I-130. And her interview was easy. They divorced after a son and 2 years of marriage. I do not think USCIS accepts videos as evidence but I cannot imagine where that tape has ended up?!!!

Hahaha. Now that would be the ultimate proof of a bona fide relationship! Makes you wonder if people have actually front loaded their I-130/I-129 with pictures of the same nature.

My wife is Asian, I'm white. Guess this is an oddball case where she happens to be the USC though.

I have been reading thorough the archives, it's ben very educative.

So I am 46 (male) and the USC and my Sarata is 24 years old. Knowing that there seems to be no rhyme or reason with Lagos, could this cause a red flag?

I haven't seen anywhere its a red flag the man being older matters. She is of course of child bearing age. Shouldn't be an issue. You just have to show evidence of a Bona Fide relationship like everyone else.

Agree with dwheels - biggest red flag is when the woman is far older than the man, and especially if no longer in child bearing age.

One thing I know I have seen a few do and it helped when the woman was older was submit doctors records and notes to her either getting fertility treatment or documentation certified that her AFC (Antral Follicle Count...how mature her eggs are and how vital they are) is still good. That even if she's menopausal she is still able to get pregnant or whatever.

Because the CO's act on virtually nothing but stats when it comes to fertility you need to show them "yeah the stats say a woman over 35 starts losing the chance of getting pregnant 10% every year, but I have been taking steps to counter that". It shows you are serious about your marriage, man and future children. IMO
