Need help filling out paperwork! Please help

Hello everybody!

I'm trying to adjust status. My husband is a us citizen and I came to the states on the vwp. I have overstayed my visa for 3 years now and I have been married for two years. I never intended to get married when I came here, but life happened, we had a baby and eventually got married. ( we have been together for five years)

I'm really having a hard time answering some of the questions on the forms and I would greatly appreciate some advise and guidence!

On I-485

Since I came on the vwp I don't think I have a nonimmigrant visa #? Or do I?

On part 3, question 2 have you ever received public assistance? I gave birth to my son ( it should count as an emergency) so should I answer yes or no?

In what status did you last enter? I came as a visitor on the vwp! So do I put visitor or vwp?

On g-325a

It sayes to state the last address outside the us.

I came to the us in November but had the apartment in Germany till January, so should I put November or January?

And last question for today, should all copy's be certified or can they be regular ones, since I take the original ones with me to the interview?

I know those are mostly silly questions, but please help me out!

1. You have no visa, so no visa number.

2. Yes, if you used emergency care for birth. Explain in a separate sheet.

3. VWP.

4. November.

5. Regular photocopies. You will bring the originals to your interview for inspection.
