Day 03: 04/27/12 - Checks cashed in the afternoon...

Day 07: 05/01/12 - NOA 1 (I-130), 2 (I-485) and 3 (I-765) on the mail.

Day 10: 05/04/12 - Biometrics Notification in mail (appointment set for 05/17)

Day 10: 05/04/12 - Early Biometrics done (No problems at all).

Day 44: 06/05/12 - Notification of Interview received by text and email at 6:15am, for 07/11/2012.

Day 50: 06/11/12 - NOA in the mail for Interview in Houston, TX at 10:00am (day 80).

Day 65: 06/26/12 - Notification of EAD in production.

Day 68: 06/29/12 - Second notification of EAD in production.

Thank you, will do.

She got the I-94. The officer said she would check up on his Medical, which she was sure there was no issue and she would go ahead and approve it. I'm guessing that's what the problem is. The only other thing that we lingered on during the interview was our rental lease. I'm just ready to get this over-with already.

With a GC you can get whatever kind of ticket you want.

Just bear in mind that foreign visits of up to six months should not present any issue with re-entering; for trips between six months and a year you may need to show CBP proof that you have maintained your domicile in the United States (retained a US bank account, a lease on an apartment, filed US tax returns, etc.); and for visits of over one year and under two you would require a re-entry permit (obtained by filing an I-131) plus the same proof of US domicile as for the 6-12 month visit.

Ditto! I know the feeling. I put in infopass appt because with no appt date yet I'm already past processing norms. And others at my local office who applied much later have dates and appointments already. It can't hurt so... I'm single it.

Our interview was cancelled 3 weeks ago ...apparently our file did not get there in time (the whole change of address deal) Anyway, LUCKILY we got another interview on August 9th

I have a tax-related question... husband's taxes were filed online so all we have are the printouts from that... Anyone know if those are sufficient?

Day 73...6/14/12 - EAD in hand!
Day 82...6/23/12 - We mailed letter to old Office to confirm change of address and cancel our July 13th interview. Received NOA for an Interview scheduled in Philadelphia Office on July 24th!
Day 92...7/03/12 - July 24th interview was cancelled (file did not get in on time). Got NOA for interview on August 9th!
Day129..8/09/12 - INTERVIEW! Received card production email 8hrs later! 8/10/12 - Email NOAs, approved I-130 and I-485!
Day138..8/18/12 - GC DELIVERED!!! Emails received: 2nd card production email on 8/15, card mailed on 8/15, card picked up by USPS on 8/15.

12/13/12 - Filed for divorce 8/2/13 Entered Divorce Decree

When’s your appt?

The infopass appt is august 2nd and i would hope I don't need to use it. There's no reason I shouldn't have an interview date before September's.

04/20-mailed aos, 130,ead,131 to chicago from florida via UPS.
04/23-ups delivered at 9:03 am
04/25-uscic texts and emails for four docs.6:02 pm (case sent to NBC.)
04/26- both checks cashed
05/01-four paper NOAs in the mail
05/01-biometrics appt mailed
05/03-bio appt rcvd. scheduled 05/21. hialeah ASC
05/08-RFE mailed.
05/12-RFE rcvd. USC husband 2011 taxes, proof of IO employment authorization???
05/14-mailed rfe requested info to MSC.
05/16-successful walk in at Hialeah. 20minutes no questions asked.
05/18- RFE response review email text 5:00 pm
06/22- Card/ Document Production
06/30-Ead ap combo in hand
07/24-interview scheduled 08/27/2012
08/27/2012-interview-approved. Texts/emails at 6:30pm
