March 12th 2012.. Medical completed for I693 form

April 5th 2012 Day 1 .. Sent Off AOS package

April 11th 2012 Day 6 .. Received text/email conformation

April 18th 2012 Day 13.. Received Bio Appointment for April 30th 2012 :)

April 26th 2012 Day 21.. Check online status seen i got an RFE :(

April 30th 2012 Day 25.. Did my BIO, and RFE arrived in the mail

May 1st 2012 Day 26.. Sent back RFE and did my Change of address

May 3rd 2012 Day 28 .. RFE recieved and online status change to RFE reponse review

June 5th 2012 Day 30 ... Received Email ' Card in Production' :)

June 6th 2012 Day 31 ... Recieved interview Date for July 10th

June 13th 2012 Day 38 .. Received Employment CARD

June 14th 2012 Day 39 .. Applied For SSN

Hey everyone,

Sorry I've been M.I.A, but I'm getting through this first trimester of my pregnancy, plus working full-time, and school. It is whooping my tail!

We had our AOS interview today, but no got no immediate decision. There seemed to be some issues with our rental receipts (our landlord signed them with only her 1st initial and last name, but signed the lease with her full name)... I'll be able to give a more descriptive experience later on but as for now, we staying prayerful. Good luck to everyone else!

03.25.12 - Medical I-693 completed.

04.05.12 - Mailed AOS package (I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765) to Chicago Lockbox.

04.06.12 - AOS package signed for by USCIS.

04.11.12 - Email/Text notification regarding acceptance confirmation received.

04.16.12 - NOAs received.

04.18.12 - Biometrics appointment received (set for May 4th).

05.04.12 - Biometrics appointment successful, BUT received notification of RFE being sent hours after appointment.

05.10.12 - RFE received.

05.19.12 - Mailed RFE response.

05.21.12 - RFE response signed and received by USCIS.

05.23.12 - Email/Text notification of RFE Response received by USCIS.

06.06.12 - Email/Text notification of AOS Interview.

K-1 issued August 1996
Married in September 1996.
AOS October 1996
LPR April 1997 to 2003.
Forced to abandon status at POE in DC, 2003.
Lived & worked in Asia together 2000 to 2011.
We have 2 gorgeous kids!
Returned to USA Oct 2011, on B1 tourist visa
Filed i-130 and i-485 in April 2012.

LPR approved 10/22/2012 (Conditional 2 year period waived)

Fast forward 4 years to 2016.... it's that time!

Day 0: April 13, 2016 Sent N-400 at 12:20pm :dancing:

Day 1: April 14, 2016 Delivered to USCIS Lewisville, TX 11:38am

Day 6: April 19, 2016 Text acceptance 3:48pm ; Check Cashed

Day 10: April 23, 2016 NOA received

Day 16: April 29, 2016 NOA - Biometrics appointment scheduled

Day 28: May 11, 2016 Biometrics appointment at Orlando

Day 120 : August 11, 2016 7.30am Naturalization Interview - Approved! :thumbs:

Day 162 : September 22, 2015 1.00pm Oath!!

So USCIS made an administrative screwup on my case and almost would not do the interview.

Because of their mistake I now have to wait. I will post more details after I get home.

Is there anybody who filed in April who doesn't have an interview scheduled yet? We filed in March, and we are still waiting for an interview to be scheduled. Should an infopass be scheduled, or should we just keep waiting? :(
