Hello April AOS Filers! I'm hoping to join you all and get my packet out this week.

I had a question for you regarding the "supporting documents" necessary for the I-765 and I-131. If these applications are submitted along with my I-485 do we still need to attach passport photos, marriage certificate, etc to them? Thanks for the help!

Day 1 (4/24/12): Sent I-131, I-765, I-485 via FedEx to Chigago

Day 3 (4/26/12): Delivered

Day 7 (4/30/12): 3 Texts/Emails Received with April 26th NOA1 Date

Day 8 (5/01/12): Check Cashed

Day 12(5/05/12): Biometrics Appt. Letter received (for 5/25/12)

Day 31(5/24/12): Successful Walk-in Biometrics

Day 73(7/04/12): Email notification of EAD/AP approval

Day 78(7/09/12): 2nd Email notification of EAD/AP approval

Day 79(7/10/12): Notification EAD/AP has been mailed and Notification EAD/AP Picked up by USPS

Day 81(7/12/12): EAD/AP card arrives!

Day 88(7/19/12): Interview for AOS: Approved!

Day 96(7/27/12): Green Card in Hand!!

Hello April AOS Filers! I'm hoping to join you all and get my packet out this week.

Yes. You will need to include copies for everything that the instructions ask you you send, even if you already have them for your I-130/I-485. You will also need additional passport photos for each form.

Background Information

-Dec 2006: Arrived with an F1 visa

-Dec 2007: Met USC.

-Dec 2009: Got Engaged.

-Jan 2010: Fell out of Status.

-Oct 2010: Married USC.

-Feb 2012: Filed I-130/AOS

I-130/AOS Timeline

Day 0: 02/25/12: Mailed concurrent I-130/AOS Package to the Chicago Lockbox

Day 2: 02/27/12: Package arrived at the Chicago Lockbox.

Day 5: 03/01/12: Email acceptance confirmation received for Forms: I-130, I-485 & I-765.

Day 13: 03/09/12: NOA1s received for Forms: I-130, I-485 & I-765. Biometrics letter also received and scheduled for March 27th.

Day 24: 03/20/12: Email notification for RFE.

Day 27: 03/23/12: Hardcopy RFE received in the mail.

Day 31: 03/27/12: Biometrics completed.

Day 40: 04/05/12: Mailed off the RFE.

Day 44: 04/09/12: RFE Delivered.

April 9th 2012: Email/texts received--NOA1s mailed (day 7)
April 11th 2012: Biometrics appt for 05/07/2012 (day 9)
April 19th 2012: Early walk-in for biometrics at ASCIS Wheaton, MD (day 17)
May 11th 2012: text msg notification to check USCIS site: Interview date for June 13th (day 39)
June 12th 2012: text msg notification to check USCIS site: AP card produced, EAD card mailed (day 71)
June 13th 2012: Interview in Baltimore, MD, no decision made, (day 72)

01/10/2015: Early second biometrics in Elizabeth, NJ due to imminent travel plans, should have been 01/15 (Day 222)

02/04/2015: Green card approved, in production (Day 247)
