What visa are you adjusting from? Do you have a visa fastened in your passport?

I could be wrong, but I think that the I-94 is just an arrival/departure document...not everyone gets one.

For nonimmigrant visitors entering the United States with a visa, there is a requirement to fill a CBP Form I-94 (white form), however Form I-94W is no longer required for nonimmigrant visitors traveling under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP)

I travelled under the vwp so I think I'm I didn't recieve a form staples on my passport just a stamp .. I think I should be ok .. ill just tell interviewe I came in the vwp
