day 43-- 05/23/2012-- Notice for an interview is received for 06/26 @ 2pm

day 63-- 06/12/2012-- Received a Text & email for an update- Card production EAD/AP

day 77-- 06/26/2012-- interview / approved on the spot.

day 86-- 07/05/2012-- Received my GC in the mail.

April 13th - Biometrics

May 03rd - notified of interview (06/13/2012)

May 06th - received interview letter in mail

May 11th - received notification of EAD card in production

May 19th - EAD in hand

May 23rd - Applied for SSC

May 29th - Received social security card in mail (card in hand)

June 13th - Interview (approved on the spot)

June 13th - got notification of approval

June 18th - Card in production (also received welcome letter in mail)

June 21st - Green Card in hand

April 18th 2012 Day 13.. Received Bio Appointment for April 30th 2012 :)

April 26th 2012 Day 21.. Check online status seen i got an RFE :(

April 30th 2012 Day 25.. Did my BIO, and RFE arrived in the mail

May 1st 2012 Day 26.. Sent back RFE and did my Change of address

May 3rd 2012 Day 28 .. RFE recieved and online status change to RFE reponse review

June 5th 2012 Day 30 ... Received Email ' Card in Production' :)

June 6th 2012 Day 31 ... Recieved interview Date for July 10th

June 13th 2012 Day 38 .. Received Employment CARD

June 14th 2012 Day 39 .. Applied For SSN

04/2012 - Concurrent I-130 petition / I-485 AOS / I-765 EAD / I-131 AP sent
35 days to biometrics, 73 days to EAD/AP combo card, 85 days to interview, 96 days to Conditional Green Card

04/2014 - Eligible for ROC

06/2014 - I-751 package filing joint with spouse sent

5 days to extension,37 days to biometrics, 172 days to CSC transfer, 247 days to Green Card

04/2015 - Eligible for Citizenship

09/2015 - N-400 package filing on basis of USC spouse sent

29 days to biometrics, 105 days to interview, 147 days to oath and US citizenship

~ 9 years and 6 months from first entry to US citizenship

It doesn't, unless the husband is either dead or *possibly* deployed, which I imagine is the case here. If that's not the case they will be denied, so crossing fingers he's military or something!

She stated previously that her husband is based in Hawaii and was not able to get authorization from the military to attend the interview

Day_46 06/20 Interview Notification

Day 02: 04/26/12 - 3 Emails/text's received from USCIS @ 3:45pm

Day 03: 04/27/12 - Checks cashed in the afternoon...

Day 07: 05/01/12 - NOA 1 (I-130), 2 (I-485) and 3 (I-765) on the mail.

Day 10: 05/04/12 - Biometrics Notification in mail (appointment set for 05/17)

Day 10: 05/04/12 - Early Biometrics done (No problems at all).

Day 44: 06/05/12 - Notification of Interview received by text and email at 6:15am, for 07/11/2012.

You see, you was worry about no movement in your case and now you have your EAD and interview day and I still waiting for my EAD... :P:yes:

WOOHOOOOO!!! Just got EAD/AP in mail today. NO email or text was received. So glad to have finally gotten it. Good luck to everyone still waiting. :D
